“I have been using Bill's company for at least 6 years sometimes twice a year visiting Florida from the UK. The service is efficient and wonderful. Collection from and return to Tampa airport comes in the deal. Imagine how great this is getting taxied to Port Richie from the airport. So relaxing and perfect to readjust to driving on the right side and dovetail back in to the geography. The cars and insurance are value for money and Bill personally services the vehicles and responds to any events throughout the hire time. He is available by phone to help at all times. Bill and Sharon are lovely affable people who take great pride in the business. I would not go anywhere else and look forward with immense pleasure to using the company again in May.”

“I received an upgrade that was perfect for my needs, that included driving over 500 miles in a day.When you get a high performance car, make sure that you use high octane gas.Using the lowest, makes the car not responsive and you end up spending more since your range is greatly reduced.”

This is one of the only rental agencies I've seen that accepts a debit card w/ a credit check of course, making it super easy to get a more than decent car. “Great experience at the Port Richey location.
They are new to the location, it is inside the Ford commercial vehicle building. The Manager told me the bigger signs are on order. I had my reservation well in advance and when I arrived, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Returning was just as easy. I do recommend and will go there again if need be.”

“The person I spoke to, Sam, was very courteous and quick to fill my need of a vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle, we saw where the back, right, lower quarter panel showed damage. I was assured it was not a problem. Unfortunately, after getting to highway speeds it became very apparent there was something wrong with it. Either it was out of alignment or something more serious. I called the office and reported the issue, I was told to stop at another location and swap out the car. Since it was late, and I wouldn't be near another location, I decided to continue on my trip. The next morning, I was near Milton Florida, so I called their office. I was informed that they did not have another SUV to swap, and I would need to go to Pensacola. So, I drove a total of 43 miles out of my way to trade vehicles for another SUV similar to the one I had originally gotten. Due to rushing to get back on my way I accidently left my neck cushion ($30) in the other vehicle. I had a time frame to get where I was going, and it was important to me to be there on time, so going back wasn't an option. Again, there seemed to be an issue with either the front right tire or alignment since the vehicle vibrated when reaching highway speeds (55-70 mph). I kept going and decided I wasn't going to waste my time swapping out another vehicle. Once I came back to Hudson and returned the vehicle I was driven to my home. The person who was driving acknowledged that there was something wrong and indicated you could tell it by the vibration and the steering wheel being offset while driving straight on the road. He said he would report the issue to his supervisor. I was not happy to say the least. Not only was my neck cushion lost in the shuffle, but I was given a vehicle that needed repairs, again. This the first time I have ever had an issue with a rental from Enterprise and it seems the company has not maintained the maintenance of its vehicles like it used to.”
