Great place if you want to over pay for parts, they charge 3 times the price of Ebay or Rock auto, it sucks that company's take advantage of someone needing a part now.

How is Cynthia still working for you guys with the attitude she has? She gave my mother a absolute nasty attitude for no reason an told me mother that they don't test battery's, but it advertised an on top of that, my woman works at AutoZone. Cynthia needs to go!!

Honestly the worst experience. Cinthia the manager or whatever she is was extremely rude. I went in for my son to grab a radiator and had the part number. The kid who was helping me was new and was doing a fine job until Cinthia decided to interrupt. I had the part number for what I needed and she stated that she couldn't look it up by that. Because it is NOT my vehicle I was getting the part for, I wasn't sure about all the information and my son was at work so he couldn't answer his phone. The young man who was assisting me first told her again I had the part number so he went ahead and looked it up and found it. While he was going to pull the part from the back, Cinthia called an off-the-clock employee who had just walked in behind the counter to talk about another employee who was not there. She stated she sent this employee home 30 minutes into his shift and that she was giving him zero hours on the schedule next week. I am in management myself. As a manager, you do not talk about an employee issue in front of customers, especially when it's about another employee and with an employee who is off the clock.
The young man who was helping me came back with the radiator and we were going over the vehicle information for the warranty. Cinthia again decided to put her nose in where it wasn't needed and told the young man to go back and SKIP the warranty and not tie it to the vehicle leaving us no way to claim the warranty if there is an issue. I was about to call my husband to see if it was all-wheel drive and what year so all the information was there. Those were the only 2 things I didn't know 100% regarding the vehicle. If it wasn't for this location being the only one that had it in the area, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Cinthia has no business being in management and I will be taking this to corporate.

I just stopped in with my 14 year old son ED was beyond kind. Not only did he offer advice on a ceiling fan installation but he brought my son around the store and showed him some auto parts and explained them! What a generous and thoughtful tour that was for my boy!

I was not please with the service at this location when Renee Dawson was store manager the staff and store was on point. I wasn't greated when I came in the store the manager wasn't will give a little effort in finding he part i needed when he part i self was availayand even had picture of where the part was located in the car if tried to give good customer aerive he would of looked and trued harder cuz the computer system name for the hose i needed called a different name that is used for the same hose

Trash female with a whole attitude and a 1/2 answering phones is bull… already broke down trying to get a part needing info to get it to me and all she wants to do is be heard, not help, have a childish little kid attitude, and over talk… makes the whole phone call useless and trucks still down! Might need more qualified persons working there if they can’t answer a phone without a stank attitude cause they have to work … it’s not a difficult job….
