Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I usually bring my dogs to Dr. Tony but this time I saw Dr Kobell. I have to say I like all of the doctors here. Dr. Tony operated on my oldest dog extending his life 2 years. Dr. Kobell and Dr. Quinones-Viera both took good care of my dogs. I have recommended Acupet to my friends.

I recently had to put my Kitty to sleep? I had a lot of faith in Dr kobell for compassion and dignity in this process. I was so wrong! I did agree to run some test to see if he could be saved. So the decision had to be to let him go? Acupet has no dedicated room for this so the owner can say good bye and be with them in last few minutes. Instead they put him to sleep in the back room without me knowing and being with him. When they found out I wanted to be there Dr K brought him in wrapped in a blanket with his head and legs hanging down then put what appeared to be a fake attempt for me to be with him. He was already dead. They are not equipped with burial boxes so he was wrapped in his towel. Putting him down was bad enough but the "None compassion and no since of death with dignity " was a horrible ? and heart breaking experience ? Disappointing ! I had so much faith in Dr Kobell . Thought he was better than that!!

Dr. Tony is caring and extremely loving. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! ALTHOUGH........ I can't imagine why they would charge a recurring client $25 to trim a dog nails. Every vet I always went to. It was considered a courtesy if you were a patient. $25!! It makes me not want to go back there.

10/10 will be returning. They were able to fit my sick 12 YO heeler in to their very busy day. The vet and all the staff were super nice. The facility was super clean. Dobby was comfortable with the staff after he came back from his tests and was not fearful like he had become since his last vet visit at another vet. 2 days later he’s almost back to his normal self. Super happy!

I have been coming to this vet for 3 years. I recently got a puppy and so I brought both my dog Chico and my new puppy Gizmo here 2 days ago. I always love the staff especially the techs. The prices are reasonable and they always add it up before doing anything to make sure you can pay. Which I like so I know what I'm working with. The vet techs are amazing and act like they really care for your fur babies. I only gave them 4 stars today because I had a blonde lady who was the Vet today. Very rush rush. I didn't even get the chance to ask any questions or anything. and kept calling my male dog "she". I go back in a month for my puppies second set of shots. I'm hoping that it was just a bad day and don't get treated like a number when i return. I would hate that I would have to find a new Vet now. Because I really do love this place.

I took my puppy there for her first visit she is 4 months old and I will not return. The doctor was very aggressive with her she was scared and stressed and at one point he used her tail to slide her around so he could fill her stomach and she was growling and scared of the table slippery also, he did not use her name once to try to calm her down or give her a little treat and made her first visit very stressful for her, he never looked in her ears he never looked at her teeth he did not even know that I handed in a fecal sample until he asked the girl that was helping him he had no idea what the results were and then I asked to have her toenails cut and our last that with my other dog I had he did it while on the table. He did not do this they pulled her back into the room as she was scared to exit the room and she was sliding on the floor they were going to do it in the back room and it would have been better if she was with us who she knew, then she's going for a while in the back and I'm pretty soon hear the assistant girl was bringing her back into the room because they could not muzzle her and they were afraid she might bite them with all the people in the back room they had to bring her back out and she ran to me to put this little muzzle on her which again she was freaked out about so then she's peeing on the floor and lays down in it and then gets up and jumps in my lap so we could put this muzzle on her and now I have pee on my pants they never wiped it up and then they took her and the girl pulled her sliding on the floor into the back room to do her nails it was traumatic and stressful for me as for my little Care Bear and after all that with the shots and of course one pill for flea and ticks I was charged $250The only good thing I will have to say is that they're waiting room is very very nice but otherwise I will be looking for a new vet

My Bichon was not feeling well and Dr Tony and Kayleigh were very compassionate and knowledgeable as to what he needed in order to get better. I am satisfied with his assessment and treatment. I will be taking both of my dogs to him from now and recommend this practice.

We are new to the area and chose them because of previous reviews and location. I am not disappointed at all. The office was clean, not jam packed with other patients. We did not sit in the lobby for even a few minutes before being put in an exam room. I really appreciate that. They were very friendly and straightforward. Thought prices were good too. I will continue to have all 3 of my dogs seen here.

I've been going to Accupet Veterinary Care for over 16 years. I love the staff, Dr. Tony have down is the kindest Dr. ever. They took such great care of my soul girl Mugsy, who I helped "run into the rainbows" 8 months 2 weeks and 3 days ago. They also have been taking great care of my little drama queen velcro girl Bella since she was 8 weeks and she is now 11. Diane, one of the Techs I've known for over 16 years, she is one of the kindest, sweetest people and loves my girls and will always love my mugsy! Thank you for being the best at what you do!! Highly recommended! ????????The pictures in the car we were leaving Accupet after getting shots!!

I had to find a new vet when my vet sold out and I wasn’t fond of the new people. I am SO glad that I found Dr. Tony at Acupet. I have 2 rescue Bearded Collies, One had a skin problem that was improperly diagnosed. I fought it for 3 years. After my first visit with Dr. Tony, my dog was properly diagnosed and he is now thriving!! My other boy is almost 17 and Dr. Tony changed his medications and saved me SO much money. I love this man!!!

Dr Tony is the best. He’s taken care of my dogs for approximately 8 years. He is compassionate and knows/ understands the dogs ailments. His office staff is also wonderful, always willing to help. Kudos to the whole office.

Always friendly and caring. Kitana (spelling) is an amazing tech! Caring, understanding, and always answers everything. Dr. Quinones is so funny and just helps you feel comfortable. I love this staff. They helped me with my cat with cancer and gave us the time to say goodbye and a beautiful room. My Midnight was in my arms, and my eyes and my hug were the last he knew. My love for him is neverending.
