I was stuck 25 miles from my destination and had already waited an hour for other tow services without any concrete expected time of pickup, I found Tow & Flow while waiting and Matt(tow truck driver) said he could be by within 10 minutes. Very professional, seamless from the time I contacted them to the point he got me to my destination, 100% would recommend them to anyone in need, as I definitely was. Thank you Tow & Flow

AMAZING!So I needed a jump start. I tried myself first with cables to my truck, nothing happened. Then I tried a battery starter and again nothing so I knew I was doing something wrong. This very nice gentleman not only started my rv but took the time to teach me how to do it. He also pointed out my coolant was low and showed me how to check my battery charge level. He sent me the links on Amazon for some better products to consider. Before he left he turned the motor off and restarted it and gave me exact instructions on how long to run it and what to do in the morning.Later he texted me to make sure I remembered to shut the motor off!!!I have had many service calls but this was by far the BEST.

Very professional business took care of me on my worst day. I needed a tow to go two hours from where I broke down. They were able to do it very professional business. Great people will use next time. Hopefully I don’t break down.

This guy was up to helping us towing the box truck from Minneola to Gainesville. He answered the phone call at 4:30 am and it was hooking the truck around 5:30 am. The price was right and the service was top notch! Highly recommended!

I needed my vehicle towed out of a dealership for I no longer wanted them to work on my vehicle. At roughly 4pm on Friday, I contacted Tow & Flow Towing. Justin who I spoke with was professional and pleasant from start to finish. I confirmed that yes, I'd like to utilize their service at 5:08pm. Justin provided an arrival time to the dealership of 40 minutes. He was there in that amount of time and waited as Audi worked to release the vehicle. It was raining and Justin continued to work through process, rain and all. He knew a special tool from the vehicle was needed to tow the vehicle properly without causing damage. Audi gave him no guidance and Justin searched the vehicle on his own until her found the correct part. I had know idea what or where this tool was located for it had not been towed previously. Justin was knowledgeable and cared about using the proper equipment to complete the tow without issue. Soaked and still with a positive attitude, Justin completed the tow and charged me exactly what we agreed upon. The level of communication and overall service provided by Justin deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend Tow & Flow Towing if you're ever in need of a tow.
