I drive an hour to this location because of availability issues with my script closer to home but the staff are so friendly and Brian in the pharmacy is so upbeat and helpful that it totally makes the drive worth it!

This Walgreens is disgusting. They removed their garbage can “because people were throwing their trash in it and taking advantage of it” so their employees just leave their cigarette butts everywhere.

I will let you know, if my medication is ready. Transferred up to this Walgreens, little scared due to horrible reviews. But my experience has been great so far!!

The girl at drive thru added a note to my pain Medication as to where I could find over the counter med for overdosing on my pain med, assuming because I am getting pain medication right after a total knee revision that I or anyone is a drug addiction moron.

I’d like to point out a specific person in pharmacy name tag said “Jennifer” she’s beyond RUDE. Her attitude is disgusting almost as if she doesn’t like her job. The constantly rolling her eyes and dropping the phone when trying to speak is ignorant as they come. It’s incredibly hard to not say more about her but my experience with her was horrible and she shouldn’t be working the window especially with how many tantrums she threw in the 15minutes it took for her to take my prescriptions. I’ll gladly take my prescriptions else where, where someone enjoys their job and making a pay check especially since it’s out of pocket and not through insurance. Fire her!

This by far is the BEST PHARMACY I have been to. I had a problem getting my medicine from another chain pharmacy so I called up here and spoke to the pharmacist Brian if I could give a employee of the year award Brian would get it!Honestly the entire staff is GREAT!!They are HELPFUL & HELP ANY WAY THEY CAN!!They are efficient and your not waiting long but Honestly they handled everything superman fast so fast and you can bet this is my new pharmacy down in Florida it's worth going to I have never had a more Perfect time at a pharmacy!!So BRAVO TO THE PHARMACY TEAM AT THIS LOCATION YOUR THE BEST!!!

Pharmacy employees are repeatedly nasty to numerous customers…Couple of you all are taking advantage of the fact that you are women, because if a man talked to customers the way I have seen you talk to them, he would be dragged over the counter and dealt with, better hope you dont come across one of those with less tolerance for disrespect. Gonna start showing up with a bag of popcorn and a lawn chair to make sure I catch that show…

The worst place ever! Came to pick up medications, been told to come back later. I came back a day after, and l’v been told to wait 20 min because they are not ready yet (from yesterday!) On top of that they didn’t have 1 medication, and told me to come on 03/07. Came back to pick up, but now they even don’t have prescription! They have had 7 days ago, but now they don’t have! What a joke of medical facility, sad, very sad…

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff of rude. Especially the hefty girl in the pharmacy. The actual pharmacists take 0 responsibility for dropping the ball repeatedly. Routinely they don't have medications then have no idea when they can get it. We swapped to Publix pharmacy but not before it took a month to get an Epi Pen for my child. They finally got it because I called corporate. Even then they tried to give me some long excuses as to why they didn't have it and how it took so long to get it. Yet they obviously had it at about store because once I called corporate it magically showed up the next day. With some heroic story of how their manager had to drive to another store to get it. Crazy, that should have been done 3 weeks prior. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but I do expect your staff to not be snotty or refuse to give a straight answer when I ask what day specifically my medicines will be there. I'd almost be understanding if they did their job ordidn't make up excuses for their lack of personal responsibility but no one in this store knows what that is. It's not like I was waiting on Tylenol, I needed a potentially life saving drug for a child. Their sole job is to obtain and sell medications to the public yet they can't even do that.

I am a snowbird here and this pharmacy is not only the best that I have used between Crystal River and Homosassa, but way better than the pharmacies in Louisville KY for communications (they don't answer the phone any longer in Louisville), and wait times. The service is friendly and prompt. I switched from the Walgreens in Crystal River which is closer to my house in Florida to the one by my family in Sugar Mill Woods and haven't regretted it for 2 years now. Excellent service. Crystal River didn't have my prescription and told they would let me know when they got it in for me. Never heard back from them. I have been overjoyed with the service that I get at the 9427 Suncoast Blvd Walgreens.

If it were possible to give this pharmacy a zero I would. Starting with the fact that they act like something's wrong with their phone when they're just hanging up. Second, I went in on Sunday to refill a script that I have five refills on. Rachel said that it would be ready Monday after 2:00. I went in Tuesday after 2:00 and suddenly the prescription was not even in the computer. Rachel tried to act like she didn't know who I was. I reminded her that I spoke to her directly face-to-face on Sunday. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Add to that the fact that they never have the prescriptions that you're trying to fill. You always have to wait. And no I am not talking about narcotics. Had my prescriptions transferred to Publix and had no problem whatsoever. So if you want good customer service and to get your prescriptions when you need them steer clear of this place.
