I'm going over my prescription with the pharmacist I informed her they needed to improve a little bit because it's every month there's an issue and by no means was I screaming cussing or yelling and she hung up on me where's the management in Walgreens? It truly gets worse every month. They gave me 25 of 135 pills on May 20th I've been waiting all this time for the remainder then they tell me I have no refills I not only have two more refills I have the remainder of the 120 they never gave me and it is clearly marked on my prescription bottle

Nice people, got some clearance items that were amazingly priced! But only one person at checkout for awhile. Finally manager came to open another register.

I was in Walgreens 3 hours ago and they still had not put their cigarettes on the shelf cuz she has not checked them in and I come back in and they're still not checked in so I guess I'll go to a different Walgreens from here on out.

WAIT FOREVER ON THE PHONE. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN AND THEY NEVER DID PICK UP. NEED TO GET A DRUG STORE THAT I CAN FILL MY PERSCRIPTION OVER THE PHONE.....

The ladies were so busy but were very polite. I had just had an antibiotic and steroid called in & the location accommodated a same day pickup. She just asked me to sit and it was out within three minutes: They are doing a great job!

The staff at this store routinely mishandles my Rx, I only have one, it’s registered for automatic refills but still I have to call and ask them to please refill it, and they leave me waiting for it for at least two days. It doesn’t matter what I say to them they still loose everything every month.

Was put on hold at this pharmacy today probably ten times in a half hour. Picked up the phone just to say "please hold," or the call would go through and ring for ages, just for someone to pick up the phone for a split second and put you right back on hold. I don't mind so much being put through to a call center first, which is done by default every time you call this pharmacy number, but I've been waiting on a prescription from this pharmacy for weeks now and have had to be the one to reach out to get status updates or move something along. Almost feels like they're too backed up to make calls or operate things properly, or it's too disorganized.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy to deal with. They leave you on hold for hours, they’re very ignorant, they can’t answer your questions when you do finally get to speak to someone. The head “pharmacist “ has zero respect or manners. He speaks with an attitude. I’m not sure why corporate hasn’t done anything about this place cause clearly it’s been an issue for years. Not sure why people stay at a job if they don’t like it or can’t handle a high traffic store. If I could’ve still afford to travel 45 minutes to the other Walgreens in brooksville I would have. This place needs help. Guess I’ll harass corporate until they can fix the pharmacy part of the store

I’ve had issues with this pharmacy before. Currently it has taken them a week to fill my antibiotic. When I called 2 days ago they said it would be ready within the hour, and I still don’t have it.Also, a tech once dropped my rx out the window under my tire. There wasn’t enough room for me to get out and pick it up. The tech just looked at me, no apology. The prescription ended up getting crushed under the vehicle since I couldn’t remove it and there was a long line behind me. I went in and explained the situation and they told me since I just got that medicine they couldn’t give me more. If wasn’t a controlled substance, just my daily meds.I’ve been with Walgreens for a decade but think I’m done.

Seriously the worst pharmacy place ever. Called one time to be told they needed a request from a dr that I hadn’t been to since September. When the prescription should have been under my ob. I was then placed on hold several times after being on hold for 15 minutes someone picked up didn’t give no time for me to answer back and hung up in my face. Called back a second time and was put on hold every time like come on now do better. Every time I have a problem with the pharmacy and it’s ridiculous.

This place is terrible. The line thru drive thru pharmacy is almost all the way to us19. Then, don’t expect them to keep your medication on track, you have to put it in every time you want your medication.
