we live 6 hours away and travelled there because we loved the truck, the price, and Mick made us completely confident with the whole process!

I wanted to share my experienceI purchased a 2015 4 runner as a (certified) pre owned vehicle the 4 runner came with a stereo that is broken. MY stereo turns on and off on its own, I brought it to Toyota and they said the head unit is bad, I have owned the truck for under 60 days.
(Update) I reported concerns and Don did an excellent job of reaching out to ensure my needs were addressed. They currently have my vehicle and are trying to reconcile my concerns they also were nice enough to provide a loner vehicle. I appreciate a company that backs up their customers to address needs. I will update this review as needed based on the continuous experience I receive. Thank you Don for following up quickly.

Just a regular maintenance service appointment. Everything runs very smoothly, drop of your car you a person take care of you right away, I had an extra concern was directed to the service person in charge, did the inspection and while I'm waiting he brought me the estimate. Total I was there not even 30 minutes. Only complain, those couches should be reupholstered, the all show years of use, should have taken a picture, there's like a basin in the middle of the seat, kind of disgusting. Need new seats or reupholster the old ones.

I was having my RAV4 serviced just prior to my driving to Charleston, SC to attend a very important family function that had been scheduled and planned for many months. I was informed my vehicle had a minor oil seepage at a sensor, and I could not drive it until the issue was corrected. I was heartbroken as I needed my car to attend my Grandson's graduation ceremony. Mr. Leroy R., the Toyota Assistant Service Manager not only stepped up to the plate to provide a vehicle for me to use while my RAV4 was being attended to, he was also able to authorize my out of state trip to, and return from Charleston, SC. so I could enjoy being in attendance to support my Grandson's graduation from the US Navy's 2 year nuclear program. Mr. Leroy R. was able to negotiate that for me at NO cost! Kudo's to Village Toyota for their professional expedient service, but for me more importantly, Mr. Leroy R. and his caring, calming and courteous demeanor. Thanks Mr. Leroy R. for going above and beyond!

This weekend I had the pleasure of purchasing a Tacoma from Village and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. No one really likes buying cars or dealing with dealerships, right :) Well they might change that opinion for you! From the moment I walked up, I was warmly greeted by Anna P, who immediately made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options available, without ever pressuring me into making a decision.
The dealership itself was inviting and the staff were all friendly and helpful. They all seemed to really get along and love what they do! The whole process, from test-driving the car to finalizing the paperwork, (Can't forget Jeff) was smooth. Anna went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, even following up afterward to make sure everything was perfect.

Please take your Car to any other toyota dealership for service. They are ripping people off up there. They quoted me over 3500 for a brake issue. I called another toyota dealership and 2800 for same exact parts and work. They also told me 179 for diagnostic which is a rip off as well . Then when i went there to pick my car up and tow it to another dealership they added like 40 dollars in other fees for doing nothing they could not tell me what it was for but i had to pay it. The are a STEALERSHIP and should be ashamed of ripping people off. I have proof and quotes.

Hi, I’m a customer that’s all about being professional & having a fun crew to work with. Upon arrival for my oil change & tire rotation, I was greeted by Phil Reed (7-27-24). He is so nice & very knowledgeable.
I had questions & he had answers.
My next question was who has personality.
If you know your job inside and out , but your sense of humor is dry as a board …
You’re not the right person for me !
I was assigned to Kayla Rios and Louis Delmar. They are both very knowledgeable and full of personality. They are very good at there jobs & I highly recommend anyone asking for them. For me .. customer service is a MUST. All 3 of these wonderful people exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue my business @ Village Toyota of Homosassa. ❤️

Excellent buying experience. Very friendly staff. Sales Professional Nicholas S. answered all my questions in a very respectful way. GM reached out to me to know my thoughts. Finance Director was always available for us and explained everything in a courteous way. Signature of the paperwork went very smooth with Manager Nikita. My daughter choice was the RAV4 Hybrid. I highly recommend VILLAGE TOYOTA and the DIMMITT Group.
