I was initially upset with a 20.00 shipping charge on a 20.00 part. When they heard they decided not to charge for shipping. I felt like they heard and cared. I will continue to go to village toyota

As a business owner, I would stay as far away from this place as possible we've had issues every time we have had to deal with this dealership whether it be them selling us vehicles, they don't actually own or have in stock and then when we finally come in to pick up the vehicle they tell us that they can no longer honor their original agreement Now we've had a lease for three years that has had a safety recall that they never bothered to fix nor notify us of it be at the safety recall is a bumper and when we go in To buy out our lease they tell us that they can no longer certify it so we cannot get the warranty that's left with the vehicle/originally telling us they can't sell us the vehicle I've come to really love Toyotas over the years but when you call their corporate office, they tell you that they can't do anything to help you. That I have to deal with the dealership I now have two leases that I need to buy out one of them with the safety recall

Scott handled my service today and will service our 3 vehicles always going forward! Extremely professional, courteous and service was performed within my timeframe. Had the oil changed and the I requested the rear brakes be cleaned and adjusted. Absolutely fantastic job on the brakes as always plus the price was very good.

I just bought my 23 4 runner premium from here and was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I also had gotten a 23 Corolla from here as well. The salesperson Natalie, and sales manager Alexander Alvarado, and the GM joe petrillo was able to get me the best deal they possibly could. I'm forever grateful for their generous service and support. Not sure why this dealership has 3 stars because they have a 5 star or more reputation. Can't say enough or put into words how thankful I am to village Toyota and Cadillac!! Much appreciated

Firstly we've been pretty loyal customers of village Toyota for almost 20 years. We have bought vehicles from them and have a lot of our service done there. High end tickets we always shop around for a better price and find several competent local shops. Anyway to the point of this review. I understand about overhead. I also understand that dealers make most of their revenue on service and not sales. That being said I recently needed a new key for my 2014 Toyota 4Runner and was told it was going to be over $350. I thought that was crazy. I bought 2 complete keys from Amazon for under $30 and just needed them cut and coded. Well Village won't do that for you. I took them to a local shop in Inverness. They cut and programmed 2 keys for $55!!!!!!!! Happy to give an independent company my business and will be patronizing more local mechanics as well. I'm sorry Village but you have been failing your loyal customers more and more lately. Completely disappointed in you.

I was giving a Nissan note which had a 1.2 it wasn't liked at all I returned it and that hurt my credit I suggest go elsewhere it's all about $ and I'm handicap so they Will pay for this

Another one of your favorite scam artist dealers. "No ADM"/markup. Oh but we have a $2150 fee we add to EVERY car that adds windshield protection and spray a coat of wax on your car, and a screen protector on the radio. Welcome to 2023, I hope you're out of business with the rest of the scumbag dealers. Manufacturer direct can't come soon enough.

I would give these bozos -10 if that was an option. My Prius' 12V battery died so I called them to get a price. $360! I shopped around, $159.99 @ NAPA. $200 more. Really Toyota? You don't have to rape people at every angle. Good Lord!!!!

Absolutely a fantastic experience buying a new car. Everything was done via telephone, as we live 90 miles away. Not only that, they delivered the car to my door! My salesman was Mark Arvay and he is WONDERFUL! Ask for him when you go. Not your normal car salesman. He listens and was not pushy at all. Mark and his General Sales Manager Pam Mills went on and beyond to make my sale happen. All in all, BEST Toyota Dealership in Florida!
