We walked in and I do the work, my Girlfriend plans it out. Well, they didnt seem to like to talk to her. This happens, I redirect back to her because again, she plans the project. I put it together. Its easy. I love to play with my tools. But this place, we walked out. Just didnt treat us like we were good enough to be there. Ok. 24 yr Retired Marine. Dont Judge a book by the cover. Im not poor, was on a parts run and found your store. Have a good one.

Put in a compromising situation the minute I walked in. Boy seemed more interested in making himself known than helping me. Not women friendly.

I used Triton for a deck and dock project and the customer service from Nick and April was excellent. I put in my order and April made some suggestions based on what I was building and saved me some money as well. The materials arrived in just a few days and were delivered on site. The wood is excellent quality and we are very satisfied with the experience. Definately recommend Triton to anyone looking for lumber.

No customer service with new ownership. Walked around without any acknowledgement I was there. No stock kept on hand, everything has to be ordered in advance or it is a wasted trip. Now charging milling and cutting fees, which while par for the course, is a change in practice from prior management.

I have ben here three times now and have been blown away by the service and selection of wood.I use quarter sawn wood to make items for my customers and had been having troubles sourcing enough materials to fill my orders. I called on Monday and on wednesday morning I got the call that my 200 board feet of cherry was ready for pickup. I wound up buying all 280 feet that they had and was told that they would be able to fill all my needs going further. On monday I had been calling all over Florida looking for the amount of cherry I needed and Triton was the only company that was able to meet my needs. I will be dealing exclusivly with them in the future.

I love going into the shop. The owner is super helpful, and there are so many types of wood to chose from. It's always my first choice to go here for any projects I work on.
