Holly in Hudson is very professional. I forgot to put my monthly amount in my card, and I called the office to have them guide me as to how to make the pymt. In less than 5 minutes she called me back, to let me know my pymt had gone through. I live this storage unit.

Don't pay in advance. You won't get your money back if you have to pay in advance. We paid for 2 months but due to my wife having the have surgery we had to come back and get our stuff after 3 weeks. They wouldn't refund any of our money for the 5 weeks we didn't use the storage.. definitely feel ripped off.
