Today we had our car at Riley Auto Electric and it was one of the worst experiences EVER. If I could give no stars for this place I would. They said they charge $120 an hour to diagnose a problem. Okay fine no problem. We had the car there at 9 and it was done in 30 minutes. They charged $60 for this and we did not get told an actual diagnosis just a few “codes” it was reading and to take it to Toyota. To me I should not have had to pay $60 for that because clearly they have no idea what it was and now that’s $60 wasted on NOTHING. When I called the owners they were just defensive and said he could spend hours getting further into it if I’d like. NO THANKS. I’ll just take it to Toyota for a real diagnosis. Don’t take your car here to be diagnosed because it’s a waste of time and money!!!

Dan made a special trip to check out why my 4 GFI outlets were not working. He was very nice ,& personable. Only took him an est 1 hour to locate the problem & fix it so all 4 now works. Cost was so very reasonable. I really appreciate that being a senior on Soc. Sec. Limited retirement income. He didn't try to upsell me. He said if anything happens to call him again. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you sir.

Wow, what a GREAT company! Not only did they call me and tell me that one of the items I took to them the previous day was ready; but, after the technician checked it out and it was good, when I picked it up, guess what: NO CHARGE!. This company is honest...honest as the day is long!

I brought my 92 Chevy Silverado 2500 into @Riley Auto Electric about two years ago. First, all of the external lights had gone crazy. It was like driving around with the Christmas tree attached to the truck and no lights at times. Eventually , the truck just didn't start. I brought it in. The guys found time to check it out that day. Fast within a matter of hours of dropping it off that afternoon. I got a call before 8 am. the next day. Your truck is ready.. So, come to find out when I got here the problem was first truck won't start because of a short with starter and a faulty ground was the what's the cause of malfunction with your lights.. I'm seeing $$$..? No, in was out the door for less than $200.. ? Their hourly rate was more than others in area.. But for all said, it was last than others at the end of the day.@bestintown @rileyautoelectric
