Went in to look around and was greeted by and kind staff. No pressure tactics, just nice chitchat to identify what was good for me. Came back the next day and the owner was there, same thing. Ended up buying a split king. The delivery was fast and just like the others I dealt with from there, polite and respectful. When it's time for anything else (pillows, more mattresses, etc..) this is now the first place to stop for us.

Just bought our first adjustable bed. David provided great customer service from the minute we walked in the door until the bed was set up in our house. Highly recommend this local company.

Bought a bed and lift frame from Rich Bedding after 6yrs had issues with the lift frame. Contacted Rich and he was very professional at helping us right away! Will purchase from his establishment anytime!

Okay so it's been past 30 days going into like 60 I just wanted to give a review on the mattress that we purchased and the service and the delivery well I give five stars to everything at this particular point in time I have nothing to complain about everything that we talked about everything I asked for I got everybody seems to be sleeping really well on this bed we even went as far to order stain remover that they recommended from Amazon just in case even though we were given a free mattress pad you still have to protect so far we are completely satisfied the buying experience was so easy I can't even believe it I was on my way to Brooksville when I just said you know and I'm stopping in here and I'm glad I did so here's a big shout out thank you so much really appreciate all your help and so far so good the mattress is excellent. So by local and buy from the store thank you and remember you have to give the mattress time to settle take care of it as instructed and I don't think you're going to have a problem with it I'm extremely picky and I can't believe that I'm giving these guys such a good review
