For the past two visits, I showed up at my appointment time and was called within a couple minutes. Scheduling and check in very easy - much easier than the location inside another store.

I was there twice today they’re incompetent First. I talked to Anthony. He had me go back to my doctor and get a different piece of paper. Then I went back got a different person. I think her name was Jolene and she told me that they consider drinking a glass of iced tea, not fasting. I said why didn’t Anthony tell me that when I was here 20 minutes ago incompetent I took off work and it was wasted my time.

Took Sue for blood work at 10 o'clock walkin 4 people sitting in waiting rm Kiosk said we get served at 1240 ???
A lot of no shows but you would take people waiting ? No they walk out call a name no one answers they just walk back and disappear for 10 minutes !

Got there changed the way you get in. Couldn't use phone for appt. Did a walk in at 7 a.m. and they said I had to wait till 9.40 a.m., won't go there again.
