Wow it’s amazing how far downhill this pharmacy has gone over the years. I am so sick and tired of having to explain myself every time I refill my prescription just to be ignored. I am sick of going out of my way to explain details to avoid certain problems ahead of time just to be ignored and the problems still happen. Especially since this is 100% something I need to always have due to my condition. Extremely disappointing.

Marge the checker is a breath of fresh air. Great selection's on everything. The store is very clean. I enjoyed shopping here. The fried chicken is very good.

Troy from the meat department must be having a bad day again. He was rude and not polite when asked a question....you represent a supermarket where people have been courteous and helpful. Just a bad interaction. When a customer asks you if they can ask you a question, the incorrect response is WHAT....the correct response is HOW CAN I HELP YOU....The supermarket deserves a 5 but negative employees like that will definitely bring you down.

I do applaud the head manager Mr. Richard for At least being courteous , but as I have been a daily buyer for over a year of the same salad at the sub station and I have 2 employees that just shine no matter their days no matter who they serve they do it with a smile and kindness (i will not name them due to other employees seem to tease them when they get favorited by a customer, its sad what this world come too uou can not praise ppl without getting things twisted) . Today though The little girl Brittney totally embarrassed myself and my husband as i asked kindly for a little more spinach on my salad and thus she stated “I gave u all I am allowed “No, its a salad not a sub and spinach isn’t a topping its my salad base I’m talking it was a pinch maybe 12 little leaves ? I offered to pay for extra even though I shouldn’t my goodness i see more toppings put on a sub anyway “ as she said no again i told her well im sorry i do not want it , my husband politely said here ill take it anyway “he hates the fact it would have been thrown in garbage anyway” well lil miss Brittney decided to get nasty and say I didn’t give it to you because yall are theives anyway ???? WHAT??? DID You say my husband asked wow ? hundreds of dollars i have on bank statements i was appalled ?, she said we seen you !? Who is we? When ? Why did you not report us to management and or the police? Anyway this little girl was way way out of line and we were So embarrassed ?, manager came over apologizing offing my salad for Free at this point, i wanted NOTHING for free let alone I lost my appetite at this point ! He assured me he was going to handle this situation but how can I get my dignity back in front of all these people… ??? Wow ! Great employees PUBLIX! I will print out my bank statements tomorrow from last 90days and bring them in for mr Richard to see and hopefully get this situation resolved. Miss Brittney your job description is to serve customers , and if u have issues you take it to management IT is not your job to belittle customers and handle situations that is beyond your job description I’ve seen thieves get treated better as the officers walked them out I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism !

Maybe I am not sophisticated critic of places, but I love when convenience store employees show friendliness and readiness to respond to customer inquiries things like about whereabouts of products, difficult to locate price tags, or status of their equipment if it's out of order. I appreciate the honesty and open hearted approach even when facing challenges. Goodnesses in people is what I cherish the most, and that's what I find here on a regular basis (while I'm on my vacation)!

I am so thankful to the young blonde girl working the drive up window. She suggested we get my son the Monoclonal antibodies shot for his Covid Pneumonia. Without her we would not have known about it!!!

Went today with my children. Asked if they wiped down the carts the girl complaining how she has to wipe down in first place (wiping down half a**** I asked can you please wipe down my cart (the car) for my children to go in. They rolled their eyes and said I guess, they began to spray half a** again I said I'm sorry I'll do it he said " NO you can't".. I said okay sorry you've to do this but that's nasty we're in a pandemic. He then rolled his eyes and didn't wipe down whole thing!! I then just walked in to let the manager know, she was nice but didn't seem to concerned about it. Well I'll never being going to this Publix again it's dirty. They don't clean at all don't go!!
