Ann & Dan are most accommodating and providing service to fit your time. My gel nails have lasted up to five weeks without peeling because Dan uses quality products and his professional skills. You will find out prices are cheaper than the other local nail shops. I have been going to nails and spa For about five years and highly recommend them! Sharyn

Our last experience was lacking in attention to details! Myself hubby and FIL have been getting pedicures here, but last time was disappointing because they did the 2guys first which takes very little time and they had to wait for me to get mine with gel polish. They didn't even turn my water on until they were almost done with guys so I sat there with an empty tub when I could have been soaking. I had to finally ask why I didn't get water before they turned it on. None of the three of us got lotion or massage!! Realized as we were leaving. We were charged $84 and left a tip. We know they work hard and it's appreciated but damn it the service should be good. Sometimes I wish I were meaner and wouldn't have left a tip. So disappointed. Oh....and we were the only ones there so it's not like they were busy. Also, they kept switching around between us. Really annoying.

They opened early so I could come in before leaving on a trip the same day. The gentleman was very welcoming, and my pedi was excellent. I will be back!

I walked in, told the sole technician I didn't have an appointment but could I get a mani pedi. He said he had to call someone to come in. After calling the person, he said they would be here in 10 or 15 minutes and I could start soaking my feet. After more than 20 minutes, he finally spoke to the person who said she didn't want to come to work. The technician who was there said he could do my manicure but not my pedicure. What a waste of time.

Great job on nails, only recommendation is to not speak to other person in other language with head down when client is asking questions,(Its a bit disrespectful) and also look at nails before you work on them and give an accurate confirmed cost for filling, cutting down and shaping. When filling in nails cutting and shaping should be part of the filling cost and if not add to your rate charge to not surprise your clients.I am a business owner and acknowledge good work and have no issues paying for service at true cost. I tipped 15 to cover extras when you said you will give me discount this time. Again customers just need one final rate before job.I am planning on going back, just wanted to leave this here for clients to know to ask for final cost and show what you need done so no confusion of price happens. my husband and I received two spa pedicures. they have two people do the pedicure. the first tech was supposed to do the massage I never even got a leg rub. I requested cindy to do my full pedicure. she did a great job on my feet but she is not allowed to do my whole pedicure. I called and the owner told me to find a new place to go

Horrible experience. Charged way too much for the services i received. My nails, 4 to be exact have already chipped and it hasnt even been 24 hours. Ive never had gel paint chip. They cut 1 of my toes. They were so rough. The woman kept rubbing the file on the back of my leg and its so sore today. DO NOT GO THERE! I am furious and disappointed that i wasted $85 for nothing. They didnt even have the color i wanted. I asked for matte black. I wanted something for Halloween but got shiny black.Not what i asked for?. Even if they would fix them or do them over for free would I eVER go there again.Services: Pedicure

Well, to begin with I called well in advance to insure they did Gel Builder nails and not just acrylic. The gentleman that answered the phone assured me they did. After my pedicure which they don't have the technique to remove ingrown toil nails which are a must for me. So that didn't go well. Then to the manicure station he removes my polish and preps my nails then brings out the acrylic..... I explained to him I didn't use that and I had called in advance. We don't do that anymore. Haven't for a year now. Needless to say I was in a bind and hand had to leave and go find a walk-in that did the procedure I was looking for. On a positive note the place was clean and well maintained.
