We had our first visit with Dr. Pratt and his staff last week. Our vet referred us to Dr. Pratt for his experience with a torn ACL. Our pup Buddha Jay sadly has one. Dr. Pratt confirmed this was the case. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions before we could ask. As terrible of a surgery this is for our little boy, we feel very confident in Dr. Pratt. As soon as we are able to schedule and be set up for the rehabilitation, we will be making arrangements. Thanks to all the friendly professional staff at the office, we look forward to having your support when it's time. Thanks!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr.Pratt and his team. My dog “Mia” was bit in the face by a cottonmouth snake during her morning routine. Within 10 minutes Mia face was completely swollen. We drove to midwest animal hospital and Mia’s swelling continued to get worse and traveled to her neck. Mia is a pitbull and was being very aggressive. Dr.Pratt’s team were unbelievable. They were true angels and handled Mia with love and was able to sedate her so they can get the antivenom in her and saved my sweet Mia. I cannot thank them enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need. In addition, big huge screaming shout out to Dr. Pratt. He was a true heaven sent!

The staff was so very supportive and sincere as well. It was a difficult time with having to euthanize my dying pet but they made it very comforting and acknowledged my sweet boy and my relationship with him. I am forever thankful for their kindness. ?

Ok experience ..I knew the problem just wanted confirmation .. the upsell was ridiculas ..2:30 apt ended at 4 ..I was there only to treat my dog for a small issue ...going forward stop up selling all the shots..rabies /.heartworm ..just treat what I came there for..

We were on vacation and my dog Daisy got sick and we didn’t know what was going on with her. I called Midway and let them know what was going on and they had me an appointment within an hour. The whole staff there was wonderful and Dr. Beckett was awesome. She was very thorough in treating Daisy. She was able to figure out what was going on and we had Daisy feeling much better in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. They were also very reasonable with her bill. Thank you so much to everyone there!!❤️?❤️

Midway Animal Hospital provides the best compassionate care for Animals. On Monday I had a emergency with my newly adopted kitten I called to get him seen they had a 3:30 pm opening and took really good care of him. Thank you for your help car and compassion. Though I have been taking my other cat to Midway for over 10 years.I highly recommend them.

I didn't get to meet the doctor in person, but I did speak with her over the phone. The staff was great!
