I highly recommend Jenkins Nissan. Manny, my salesman, was very helpful, and helped me to find a few choice vehicles. He worked with me to get me the very best vehicle for me, at a price that I was comfortable with. Karen went over all the paperwork with me, and got me set up and ready to take my new vehicle home.

Jenkins did a great job making sure I was treated with fairness, kindness and professionalism! I appreciate the Service Director, Johnnie, because he made sure my car was fixed in great working order. I had a comfortable wait in the pleasant lobby while waiting for work on my vehicle to be completed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend buying a car here or getting your vehicle serviced here.

This is a review for the service department, not Nissan corp. The reason is the service department diagnosed my problem and found it was a warranty issue. Nissan corp took 2 days to respond with authorization to order the part. The part was on back order so the truck was in the shop a little over 3 weeks. The service manager was very helpful, gave me a loaner car and as soon as the part arrived they installed and test drove to verify the problem was solved. Great work and customer experience from the Service Department. I would go back anytime if any future work is needed.

Brought it in for service, oil change and tire rotation, one of the service people came out and told me I needed a brake flush, inside cabin filter, engine air filter and windshield wipers. I settled for the wipers and the next time I'll do the rest. They were super, did as I requested and I was happy and so were they.

The service department tries to sell services not necessary the service manager came back 5 minutes after rejecting some services to say that the car was not starting and asking if I had problems with the starter before, when I replied NO, EVER, NEVER AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM YOU CAUSED IT! you most have move something by Accident or purposely!!! and after few minutes they came back and a MIRACLE HAPPENED!!! The starter was working perfectly!!!! mysteriously the cable conecting the starter with the battery went loose. Seriously? How? I just went to change the oil they didn’t have to touch that cable to change the oil!!!
