Before Jenkins bought this dealer maus Nissan took complete advantage over my desperation!. I shouldn't have let this happen but they totally screwed me over with my loan while I was only paying attention to the fact that I really really needed a car for my family. They totally raped me on the interest rate. They are not based off of good morals or business. They will get you for any money you have if you let them. I'm not sure how much has changed considering the new ownership but please do not let them haggle you over interest rates and pricing because you are in desperate need of a vehicle. I messed up by letting them screw me on my loan. They got me for 23% interest on my 2019 Nissan Sentra. I now know that even if your credit score is super low like mine you can still negotiate what interest rate you want to pay. Your credit score only determines if you qualify for the loan that's it!!. So I hope Jenkins will make it right with me because maus did lose my business over price!.

CAUTION! These people took advantage of elderly customers! I am posting this nearly 3 years after it happened because I didn't want to embarrass my father or his wife while they were living. I was aghast when they did the deal, and have been seething since then. The facts are that my then 87-year-old father, and his then 85-year-old wife (with early-stage dementia) took their 2013 Rogue in for an oil change and left with a 2019 Rouge. The 2013 Rogue had just 28,017 miles on it! The salesperson appealed to the wife by saying "I just need to sell 2 more cars." The sweet, well-meaning wife and her agreeable husband then got manipulated into trading the 2013 for a 2019 equivalent. What ethical person would even THINK that a couple this old should replace a Nissan with just 28,017 miles it? And to underscore how much they were taken advantage of, consider that they were sold a 72-month/75,000 mile Vehicle Service Plan for a whopping $1,935 on top of the cost of the 2019 Rogue. Imagine ... an 85-year-old and an 87-year-old buying a 6-year warranty?!?! Did the salesperson truly think they would be driving into their 90s? Apparently, their motto of "Whatever it Takes!" actually means they will DO whatever it takes to hit their sales goals and get your money - morals, ethics, and common decency be damned. Shame on you Maus Nissan!

I wish zero stars was an option.. Ive bought a lot of cars in my 30 years and I expected a bait and switch on pricing but not the insulting of my intelligence that I received. A truck advertised at $42,000 marked up to $54,000 is laughable for one, but a salesman promising to fill my gas tank if I come in and no deal is made, then the dealer refusing to honor the word made by their salesman. Management at this dealership pissed a customer off over $40.00. I would've left fine and happy with the gas and no deal. They need to reevaluate their business practices and stand by their employees. The manager wouldn't even talk to me.. They said they were super soft on new car sales this month and I can see why! They won't get better with building customer relations this way...

We bought a new Chevy spark in 2019. There was a bumper sticker with Maus family on the bumper, placed vertically instead of horizontally. We wondered why? Just recently we removed the bumper sticker and under it was a major scrape. The sticker was placed there and vertically, because it covered the scrape. How slimy of the dealership to do that. Beware of bumper stickers that are placed on vehicles at purchase.

Nissan Sentra 145,000 miles was hesitating. Newly retired with cost of living, had me worried that this was it for no car payments. My first call was to Serena at the new Brooksville location. She not Only answered my questions with a genuine care in her voice. She assured finance help was available. She was there till the end of the repairs. I felt like I had a new friend. It was pouring outside and they washed my car. As I was in the waiting room, every single employee stopped to say hello and then asked if I needed anything. Thank you to the Maus Family for hiring amazing people.

Horrible communication!! I filled out the application online because I am limited on time. I had a detailed conversation with the sales rep, Rodney. They never called me back. I called to follow up and was told by another sales person (because Rodney was off that day and this was 2 days after he was supposed to call me back) that I would receive a call next day and never did! So, a day later, I called to speak with the sales manager and he was "with a customer and would call me as soon as he was finished"! SURPRISE!!!!!! He never called! That's the problem with companies these days, they could care less about customer service, quality of experience, etc. Oh well, now I know what company to avoid!

Was told I needed front brakes and a serpentine belt for my Nissan Xterra, was quoted 430.00. Then made my appointment and after waiting 3 hours, was told I needed new rotors and calipers since one was not working. Also, showed me a brake leak in the side to side brake line (quoted me 140 just for the line, which costs 23.53.) For the complete front brake job and the 23.53 brake line, they quoted me $2800.00. I demanded my keys and couldn't leave fast enough. I got a 2nd opinion and I do have a brake line leak but not where Nissan showed me it was, and my brakes still have life left so I do not need front brakes, calipers are also working fine. I believe they were hoping I would decide to trade in my Nissan Xterra, which they've been trying to get me to trade for a year now. Good riddance, I will not be back.

10/14/22- I had taken my 2019 Titan for just an oil change. I made it clear over the phone and when I got to the dealership, DO NOT ROTATE OR TOUCH MY TIRES!! Mind you I just spent $2, 500 on new rims and tires! Well, did they listen? No! They have damaged my new rims that have only been on my truck for 2 weeks! We have gone through and broken several tools now trying to get the pressure off my rims. Torch wrenches are not to be used. I had a lock nut that they went searching through my vehicle for to do what I told them not to do. My alignment was spot on with new tires and now pulling! Do not take your vehicle to Maus Nissan! Now, who's paying for my new rims? This place is nothing but a headache and breaks more than they can fix! Also I'll be supplying prices on the tools broken during this!

We were coned. I gave my ford ranger to my daughter and went to look at the nissan frontier. We are older and it's been a long time since buying a vehicle. We noticed this 2019 used frontier. The salesman said we have 0.3% financing, Took it for a ride and liked it. He rushed us in to the hot seat. There was no description of what the accessories were and he did not show us a car fax. I complained about the tires, but he said we don't put on new tires if they have 50% wear. They didn't. Well, we signed the contract and later found out I could have purchased a new frontier from another dealer for $4,000 less. Later when the salesman delivered the vehicle there was only one key and fob and no key for the rear hatch. Oh, that would be at least and extra $170.00. I complained to the sales manage about the situation and he said he would call the previous owner and get back to me. He never did. I left massages for him to call me back, but he never did. Oh, after we got our papers the interest rate was 5.8%, $5,000 more. Well we decided to pay it off, but I have bad feelings when I drive the truck. BBB here I come.
