Make sure you get it in writing. The used car salesmen (Robert) are only concerned with selling and will promise to “call you back.” They might even suggest “refinancing “ but when you inquire about refinancing, they will look at you sideways. On the contrary, the service department has always been top notch!

Have had to bring our 2020 Elantra every other month for problems and thousands of dollars in repairs not covered by our warranty. Our key fab has never worked and they will fix it for $1000 so we go without it operating...
Hoping to be able to trade it for a better vehicle.
