I’d give them zero stars. Absolutely the worst costumer service ever. Truck has had a blown engine twice and been in the shop for months. Save your time and energy and buy somewhere else.
The general manager has the worst costumer service and attitude and only cares about money.
STAY AWAY THEH WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Ashley is always great with my jeep Swamp Donkey! She keeps me informed pretty well in the hustle and makes sure everything is addressed that is an issue. Have had some previous issues with the service manager there but this time was a great experience!

Our experience with Jenkins CJDR was a welcome change. The lady in the service department was very nice and was able to get our Grand Cherokee on the schedule only 3 days from when I called in. Once we dropped the vehicle off, our service advisor Shane was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Shane called me about two hours after we dropped the vehicle off to let me know that they had already completed the diagnosis and the warranty parts were already ordered. He indicated that there were a few items that could use attention, but left the decision up to me and was not pushy about them.
I received a call later that day to inform me my vehicle would be done the next day. Right on cue, Shane called me mid morning the next day to inform me that my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. By the time we could get there in the early evening Shane had left for the day. That was no matter though as the other service advisor was more than happy to help us out.
I would highly recommend anybody visit this Jenkins dealership for any work you need done on your vehicle. I don’t have any experience with their sales department, but assuming they are as nice and helpful as the service department, I will definitely be going back when it is time for our next Jeep.

Jason was absolutely amazing to work with. He was genuine, with not an ounce of pushy in him (like the typical stereotype for this line of business!). The cars were incentivized appropriately, and the team worked together to ensure that both side’s needs of the bargain were met. I am one happy customer, with no regrets.
Car shopping is not something I look forward to, but the team made this trade experience as efficient as possible. Wouldn’t think twice about patronizing this business again. I/we will be back!

I really don’t like the fact that a huge company like Jenkins puts a surcharge on you’re bill for using a credit card. Few companies do that these days. The better way, credit should be applied to the bill if you don’t use a credit card.

Had a 930 appointment for an oil Change arrived at 9 AM left at 11:30. No oil change was done parked my truck in a parking spot and left it there for 2 1/2 hours. Brooksville is the same.
