Inexperienced groomer couldn't handle an 8 month old 6 pound shihtzu, had an app for 8 weeks and couldn't be bothered to tell me she wouldn't do my dog till I brought her in for the app and no one offered me a experienced groomer...bad business technique... In response to the owner,I knew the puppy was uncooperative with her face and I had no problem with just having her body groomed but your groomer didn't give me that option just said she couldn't do her anymore I really liked bringing her there and am sorry for all this confusion...

I've been bringing my fur baby Padme here for years for grooming and boarding. I love the report cards, and the groomers do a fantastic job. Paddy is a high-strung Aussie and I know she will be well cared for at Pawville. Thank you all!

My dogs are always treated well when they board at Pawville. I like that they email reports and pictures of my dogs while they are there.

Love this place! I love that they send you a report card with pictures so you can see how your pet is doing. You can tell they really love the animals here and the place is clean. Their prices are reasonable.

Really wonderful boarding experience. They took great care and sent us reassuring report cards with photos, which meant SO much. She had a blast at “camp” and played with other smiling friends. We would 100%+ recommend their boarding service. It is clean, safe, and happy. Thank you so much!!!

Kathy does a wonderful job grooming out pup. I wish that when I call for an apt, the person answering the phone could make grooming apts.

I have a Husky that is an escape artist and high energy. I visited a few places before boarding him. Pawville made me feel comfortable that they were able to provide a space that kept him safe from himself while I was gone. They also accommodated me when my flight was cancelled due to a hurricane and I had to extend my stay. I like that they provide pics and a daily report card and call with any concerns. I have now been using them for a few years. Antonio is definitely an asset to the staff also.

Can’t say enough good things about Citrus Pawville. The staff is exceptional! They take such great care of our sweet baby Emmie. We love and truly look forward to the pictures and report cards each day. Leaving our girl is never easy, but leaving her with the caring staff at Pawville puts us immediately at ease and we can enjoy our time away knowing our baby is in excellent hands and getting lots of love and pets. Thank you alllll so so very much for being so darn great with our girl. It’s truly evident how good you all are to the fur babies that stay with you. Thank you for taking care of, loving on, and protecting our sweet Emmie girl.
