I had a generally positive experience with this repair shop. The technicians are knowledgeable, and the repairs were done efficiently. However, I had a consistently unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Patty. Every time I spoke with her, she was quite rude and unhelpful. It's disappointing because the rest of the staff does a good job, but dealing with Patty left a negative impression.

My vehicle was a victim of a hit and run and I went to 2 different places for estimates and decided to go with Joe Hudson’s in Homosassa. It was a wise decision. Jessica communicated with me every step of the way and work was done on time and looks great

Took care of my Durango after someone had backed into me. After they had completed their work, I noticed a taillight wasn’t sitting correctly and contacted them; they promptly took care of it and provided wonderful service! I provided pictures of what my Durango looked like after the accident, as well as before and after they adjusted the taillight properly.

Staff is very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and attentive. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to anyone else!

I have used Joe Hudson's Inverness and Ocala locations with 100% satisfaction. Homosassa location purchased an LKQ used tire rim that is rusty (the one it replaced was NOT rusty!). This is visible under the trim cover and not what i would have expected from Joe Hudson's based on past experiences. I can't give them 5 stars based on less-than-satisfactory results.
