Hired for a job 8 months ago. Never heard from them for 4 months after contract and deposit, so I called them again at 5 months and 6 months always no excuse. At month 7 i canceled the job and they said they would send me my deposit back. Here I am at month 8 and they have NOT sent me back my deposit. SMH. company came recommended, i'm sorry to say, buyer beware!!!

This company will disappoint and belittle you if given half the chance. Also they take no accountability of their own clear mistakes. My screen porch is in fair condition, however it’s still in the wrong location. Also, they do not take women serious, so if you decide to have them do the work you will probably want to have a male do the talking AND BE THERE DURING INSTALLATION. Or do yourself a favor and Advance to a better choice! Good luck ?

Avoid this company at all cost! Poor workmanship, poor service, promises to correct the problems but nothing after 3 months. I wish there was a “0” star.

For anyone going to schedule work with them I scheduled work on October 20th some of it was supposed to take place in November and the balance in December. After several calls to see where I stood they finally showed up on January 14th and then again on January 16th to finish the job. I can understand like all the other small businesses here in citrus county they are putting the contractors before the people that support them when no building is taking place however it would be appreciated if they give you tentative dates on several occasions that they at least update you as to when you may be in line to get the work done instead of having to call and leave a message and maybe get a call back 2 or 3 days later. * This is an updated review someone called from the company and left a message they didn't like my negative review. They do a good job when they have workers and finally show up.

They gave me a new roof about 6 years ago I just had a small problem a couple of days ago they returned my call and without here the same day and have been so professional and courteous about repeabout repairing my problem! Stay away from this company they tell you that they will install your screen room in 6 to 8 weeks. When they are well past that they salesman Dan tells you to call the city about the permit and when you do you are told this is typical of Advanced Aluminum. They want 50% upfront and have you sign paperwork stating that they can lien your property if you don't pay... But their workmanship is despicable, my 8 year log grandson could do a more professional job. The installers didn't listen and screwed up and left saying someone else would fix it!!!! They did a horrible job left metal shavings everywhere ..we have dogs that need to go out to potty!!!!! We tried calling Dan he was on vacation and Bob was fishing or so the installers said. Now I can't put my porch together so I can't water or mow my lawn .... Bad company stay away

Well, I have to give Brian the owner credit for his recent efforts to correct the leaks. He was able to get the flashing replaced and have a roofer take a look. The leaks are still there, but are not as fast as before. The last rain was a pretty hard downpour and the leaking appeared to be less than it was. I still have no light since a second one was damaged by water and had to be raked down until they figure out if water is still coming into the conduit the way it was. I'll keep you all up dated as we move forward in this adventure.

Estimate for a small screen enclosure just on two sides was exorbitant. Ridiculous estimate was blamed on the pandemic.
