Heartless people, but I guess they have to be in this business. Breast cancer patient trying to get my grandmothers ring back for my mom, wouldn't wiggle or haggle at all. It hurt financially, but at least the heirloom is safe. If you're on hard times, and forced to part with sentimental items x I'd recommend exploring any other options or shops.

I'd give a ZERO for this place if I could. My husband got a lone from them and instead of them telling him he's going to pay $25.00 on a $20.00, why not get a $100.00. No they decided to take him, for the $20.00. So heads up ppl.
