Brought in my phone to get a replacement power jack installed. The repair just requires going in threw the back of the phone a plugging the new part in ...But for some reason Thay pried my screen out of the phone , why ? Thay couldn't explain. Thay "glued" the screen back down, it's not flush and the glue seeped all up under the screen destroying the display , my phone won't connect to my network now because the glue took out my sim card as well .When I showed them what had happened Thay were evasive and the obese technician got rude and combative and dismissive . I was told the owner would contact me , but I had to call him and he's going to be out on a house call indefinitely it seems .A simple repair that I paid $140 for up front has ruined my phone , I feel literallyRobbed .1

Horrible - awful - a rip-off. I responded to an ad on craigslist about a laptop. Jason, who works there, brought a laptop and met me at a rehab where I'm a patient for a badly broken leg. He took my laptop in trade, but the laptop he left with me (for another $120 plus my own machine) cannot play ANY video files, and apparently was screwed up by Jason trying to install a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit machine - I cannot fix it and they won't do ANYTHING. I'm out my original laptop, which needed only an AC adapter, plus $120 in cash, and have a machine that will not play any video files, whatsoever. I called there at least a dozen times and was told Jason was coming out with another machine, a refund, etc. I cannot, at this time, go there, but I WILL when my leg heals. Ripoff artists. BUYER BEWARE.
