My elderly father came here with his perfectly working Tacoma to treat himself to some nice rims for his birthday. They choose a nice set for his truck and he came home happy. It looked great initially and he was happy.
The very first time he took it on the turnpike a couple months later the car was shaking and vibrating horribly at speeds past 60mph. When my father was aware of the the issue he took it back to get them fixed. They fixed it and on his way he went. Fast foward to the next time he gets on the turnpike and the same issue was present. Again, he called and asked for some help. After leaving a message and a week later of he himself having to call back to follow up with the shop, he was told that it has to be a manufactures rim issue and that they did all they can do.
Best case was for him to come back and mount his old tires while the shop sends them in to be checked and possibly warranty claimed. This called for him to bring in his old rims and tires to be switched around.
At this point it had been 3 months with nice looking rims but a ride that feels like your off-road on the turnpike. My father is 77 and these men are asking him to bring in his old rims and tires back after 3 months so they can warranty claim a faulty product or a bad install on some rims and tires. My father felt defeated at this point. My father was more than patient and they refused to offer him any resolution that seemed reasonable.
1800 spent and what he got was some visually nice rims, terrible ride quality, and the stress of dealing with an unhelpful buisness.
I would never ever reccomend this place based of of what happened to his truck but even more for the terrible customer service.

I was by the area and I needed to get an oil change ASAP. I usually don’t trust mechanics but Alex was so helpful and actually saw my wheels weren’t unaligned and fixed that aswell for a good price. As a woman I usually avoid going to get my car fixed because I don’t trust places but this place is awesome!!

What a rude old non English speaking man. Went in for some lug nuts and didn't say hello, no smile, was actually mad that I didn't speak Spanish!! How do you help people if you don't even try to understand them?!

This place is a joke I called this morning to see if I can get my tire mounted which usually cost me 20$ 30$ the most I come already with the tire don’t need to purchase nothing just need to mount and they tried to charge me 140$ Lol and they call them self a rim shop biggest joke biggest rip off my recommendations if you live in homestead and got rims and need tires mounted go to cutler bay or go to broward!!!!! Homestead does not have a clue
