I usually use the ATM for most my transactions here but I can honestly say that everytime I've gone in to get help the staff from the security guard on the way in to the staff behind the glass are all very nice, friendly and quick at their job. Which is needed when lines get long.
This is a great location and again very nice people working here... So far never had an issue with them.

I understand that now everything is for advance appointments, but if you have an emergency because there is a problem with your account...no one can attend to your case, even when you have waited for hours...

3rd time I go on Saturday and they have the doors already closed at 11:40am there's people outside waiting and all they have to say is they're closed and point out their watch even the dumb police there "sorry is closed" everyone wants to go home after the shift/hour attend people until the closing 12pm I live in homestead but I definitely prefer the branch from key largo they help fast good service no waiting.

I've been holding my documents for more than an hour by the manager so I can cash a check and she doesn't face me. She sends me to let me know that she's busy on the phone. They make you feel like a suspect of some crime.

I went today to get a check cashed out ,of course they had to call to verify they had me nearly 30 minutes waiting so they could call my mother in law and verify. They go in, call and then ask for a call back , nothing.I told them to call the cell phone, 20 minutes already and they said oh she is not picking up. I asked did you called the cell phone oh I will pass it to someone else that is helping a customer gotta wait until she is done so she can make the call and verify. I was waiting 15 minutes for this person still not done there was like 7 people working in there but I was waiting for the busy one because nobody else could do it. I left with my check and no money

splendid bank with very happy and helpful employees. sometimes the wait can be a bit long; but you are well taken care of when you are seen. the location is at a very dangerous intersection, so you are better off taking the 'long way' instead of attempting to turn left or right on krome ave.

Wells Fargo is known to freeze your account due to judgment or bankruptcy even if your name is added as a benifiary, they don't bother to contact the main person with the back account but take it upon themselves to do so, they have no respect what so ever for the customer, don't bother to find out what the problem is or situation a customer is going thru. It's really sad to find this out the hard way. Do not use or trust Wells Fargo bank.

These people are so lazy. I went to solve a few issues and all the lady at the entrance told me to do was to call, oh for this you can call Wellsfargo oh and for that so can also call them. But I’m here and the letter says to go to the branch…no just call them. Wow! No wonder your reviews are bad!

Awful service! I recommend using another branch. Every staff member sitting on their sit doing nothing and if you don’t have an appointment they won’t help you even if the bank is empty… ??? I just needed to add an authorize user to my account. I don’t understand why I need an appointment for something that takes 5 minutes or less.

The branch manager Raina is trouble. I called spoke to her to make an appointment and she said all done. When I got to the branch she told me she doesn’t remember and I need to make it online. The banker told me wait and she will help me if someone doesn’t show up since I only need to unlock my online banking. She only take care of the Cuban without appointment
