No one to help at the photo counter all employees busy putting merchandise, but hearing the call button and couldn’t or wouldn’t come to help, the cashier at the main register wasn’t helping a costumer there wasn’t a line came near to the photo counter but say she wasn’t the one responsible for photo so she didn’t help either

I called the farmacy and they supposed to resolve my problems with a prescription and they put me on hold but after a few minutes they handed the call, any ways I called back but the automatic machine said that all the representatives were busy., as soon as I can I went to farmacy its take me 5 minutes to get there, and farmacy was with no customers and the personal there were doing nothing.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD FARMACY, THEY DOESNT WORK.

My review is based on our experience with the pharmacist who wouldn’t even provide us with his name other than his name tag that says Sam W. This uneducated and rude guy (I refuse to call him person) not only is extremely unprofessional and lacks any customer service manners, when contacting our doctor’s office he was beyond unprofessional towards them, but he was beyond rude to my pregnant wife. It is sick and very unacceptable his behavior and I’ll surely put a complaint with corporate if it makes any difference. Personally I’m not stepping in that Walgreens again and CVS across the street gain a new customer.

Came for COVID booster and everyone in the pharmacy was taken care of before us. I showed up 10 minutes before appt and an hour later still waiting for vaccine. Unfortunately this store is the only one in the are with Pfizer for children under 5. No one is in a rush unless you have a ex to fill. ? Pharmacist has a big attitude.Thankful that attendant was very courteous and took care of us very well.

Horrible customer service like other posts state. I Went in at 9:00 for migraine medication which was locked up. Rang the bell for 20 minutes, while going back and forth to cashier begging for assistance. After 30 minutes, it took me being irate and knocking on the lock for a clerk to come from back screaming in my face. She said she was calling the police and I told her to please go get the one sitting out front already. The police came in and asked did I break anything, she said no but I was loud. He told her ma’am I saw her when she walked in 30 minutes ago and I could tell that she was in pain. Why didn’t anyone assist her? She told him that she had better things to do. I left her there arguing with the police. I Will NEVER VISIT THIS WALGREENS OR ANY OTHER! I can’t believe they hire such degenerates!

This place sucks! They never have my husbands medicine it's always on "back order" and the customer service is unpleasant! Then my sons insurance is sometimes accepted and other times but it's ridiculous. Defiantly writing a complaint to corp and BBB if I were you I'd go to Publix much better customer service and never have issues with my sons insurance!

I went to buy a body wash with my $5.95 in walgreens cash. But when I went to pay, the clerk lies and said I only had $5. Just so I wouldn't pay only $1 for the bodywash, which came out to be $7. Lol. I mean come on, give me points in full.

I had to give a 5 star because of the customer service from there. I got whatever I wanted and the employees are very kind. One of the guy with a long beard, I think his name is fuad has been very helful and proffessional everytime I have been there. excellent customer service! I now do most of my shoppings from here.
