I don’t understand how a pharmacy can close because the pharmacist had a personal emergency. How are patients supposed to get their medication when the pharmacy is closed for such a reason?? Doesn’t Walgreens have a back up plan? Shouldn’t patients be able to get their prescriptions from another Walgreens location? Shouldn’t patients be able to pick up the prescriptions that have already been dispensed by the pharmacist? Shouldn’t there be a pharmacist on-call? Going without medication could be dangerous for some people. I think it is extremely irresponsible of Walgreens and the store personnel to allow this to happen. And by the way, this wasn’t the first time this happened to me at this location. It has happened at least two other times. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

The pharmacy staff has no concern for customers missing important medications. I signed up for the "Save a Trip" program after months of being harassed by phone to join this program and they NEVER have my meds to pick up all at once. They leave me without my Lithium constantly. Controlled substances have to be filled only after running out and then you have to pray they have it and that they actually keep their store hours and do not close early. At this point, Walgreens either staff your stores or close shop!

The Walgreens Pharmacy near me is great for quick and easy service. They have lots of products, helpful pharmacists, and they're open long hours. They're fast, smart, and treat their customers really well, making them the best in my area.

Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews. Do NOT ever go to this pharmacy! Never have I dealt with such unprofessional and rude staff. Even the manager of the pharmacy department was uncaring and indifferent. Didn’t even try to make an effort to help me or listen to my concerns. Instead she kept cutting me off and talking over me and even hung up the phone on me. They have ZERO customer service. Not sure where they got their training or how they even got hired. Absolutely no sense of compassion or empathy for their customers. They are miserable and hate their jobs and it shows! Letting out their frustrations on customers. If I could give them negative stars I would. I honestly don’t know how they are even open or operating. Horrible horrible experience.

I literally called 4 times back to back and the pharmacist hung up on me the first time and then immediately placed me on hold the other times. I needed an EMERGENCY medication for my INFANT too. I guess they don't care about their patients. Get a new job if you don't want to work. Simple

I would give zero stars. But I just recently went to get a refund on a gift I had bought. And the staff that seemed to be from India was telling me I couldn’t get cash or store credit and on top of that I would be getting the item for half of what I paid for, it was 24 and he was returning to me only 12 He also told me I needed the original payment of method even though I had my receipt. He proceeded to tell me that was the policy. Little does he know that in the receipt policy it states that “WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT, ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 days” he missed the memo and is stealing from people.

Horrible! I called they would pick up the line and place me on hold they did that about four times. Finally, a gentleman picked up I advised I was out of town could not pick up prescription at the location it was sent to. He was rude and said it wasn't at this Walgreens I allowed him to proceed obviously a different location. He said we don't have it here maybe check another Walgreens he stated YOU will have to call other locations. I asked can you please check what Walgreens may have it in my area he refused. This is unacceptable, bad customer service!

Usually I just deal with junk and say well maybe they are under staffed or whatnot. However my husband is sick and I was wanting to pick up his meds from urgent care. He went after they close prior night so I knew a few hours before they would be ready. It’s Sunday so I alsoKnew short open hours. I called 30 min before they closed as it was stillShowing in progress for one med and the other 3 were not even showing. I wanted to check to see what was going on. I sat on hold for over an hour and then on husbands phone called store customer service. Gentleman toldMe he just got in as had no idea when I asked if anyone was still back there since I had been on hold well before they closed. How rude! And to agree with everyone else on here - I watch them ignore the phones. Now I don’t k ow if it’s short staffed and they are stressed but I was on hold for over a freakin hour and no doubt likely they left with me stillOn hold!! I have immediately changed my pharmacy. Shame I’ve been with them for 10 years and I get a lot of rx for me, yet alone my kids and my husband. Customer service is a huge deal. Something as simple as answering the phones, even if it means a non pharmacy person just answers and does what they can.

Pharmacy Dept. How rude personnel are!! terrible service! Neither Day shift or night shift same horrible experience ! Making an appt but you still have to wait for another +40mins to get what you need. Besides, they make you feel that you bothered them of what they are doing because they say they are busy! Hello!! Changing my pharmacy to Publix!!

This pharmacy is horrible please don't take your prescription here. They give you a time when your prescription will be ready and it's all a lie. I was waiting for over 5 hours for pain medication after I had my wisdom teeth removed. The pain was horrible and I needed my meds asap. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes. They will answer and put you back on hold. This place is a Joke and they have no consideration.

By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy in South Florida. Unprofessional. Took 1 hour and half to get medication in drive thru. No sense of urgency. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION IN THIS LOCATION. CVS next time for sure

Walgreens , don’t you find it odd that everybody in the comments are complaining about the Phamarcy department? The whole staff needs to be replaced. I will never use this location ever again. I’m using cvs from now on.
