Horrible. Made an appointment to get the Td (Tenivac, Tetanus Toxoid) which they accepted because I was bit by a Dog just for me to get there and tell me they don’t have the vaccine.

Pharmacy is not a friendly place to do business. Employees should have been open and operational at 8 o'clock but I had to wait 15 minutes this morning because the person opening up came in about 30 seconds before 8 and had to open up everything.

the Pharmacy team is the best here. They make sure that you get your medicine as fast as possible and if there is any delay or problem they will get in touch with you and in a friendly manner. They seem understaffed not because they don't do the work because they do. They are answering phones dealing with patients in front of them dealing with the drive-thru and often dealing with everything else whereas other pharmacies don't even answer the phone. I think there's a problem with Walgreens paying their employees enough and expecting too much possibly out of them at once . That may be why you have a shortage of Pharmacy workers . I just want to say thank you to them because they don't get much praise .

just wanna say thank you to Sheky. The other night was my anniversary and forgot to get a haircut and Sheky asked if I needed help looking for anything. I told her “If you could give me a haircut that’d be great”. She said “okay” with a serious face and told me to buy the trimmer set and to meet her back in the aisle. She gave me the cleanest fade I have ever had. 10/10 customer service!ps, you available next Saturday for a lineup? ??

Be extremely cautious with the prices might not reflect what you saw in the aisle. Prices per se are way expensive.The cashier forces you to give away your phone number. She doesn't even ask you but order you to put your number there. And I know for sure these chain companies resell these info to other companies to send your ads/scams by the phone. I stopped giving away my # long time ago. There was a woman with a bitter face that doesn't even speak English that sent me to the wrong aisle.

Absolutely one of the worst Walgreens ever. There was 3 employees at the pharmacy and no lines or customers, not even outside in the drive-thru. I stood at the drop-off section for about 10 minutes waiting to be assisted and none of them bothered to help. They all made eye contact with me several times but I guess they figured one of their other colleagues would help instead. After about 10 minutes if waiting I ask can someone please help me and finally someone decided to come over and assist. Worst customer service ever.

The pharmacy is always closing early and they do not pick up their phone they continue to pick up and say hold plz and they do it more toward closing time that is very unprofessional

For many years I have chosen to favor Walgreens over other places when it comes to medical products and prescription drugs. I guess it is for the simple fact that my Dad knew the Walgreens and as a kid when he was stationed in Chicago Illinois they often took us out to eat with them.....as also invited us to many family gatherings.

Great place to purchase anti aging anti-wrinkle skin creams. L'oreal and Olay skin creams are often BOGO. They have a lot of great mens fragrance and women's fragrance - you can find so much good smelling products here. Salt and sugar scrubs, coffee scrubs, lots of body washes. Cosmetics, makeup, pedicure and manicure products. They also have stem cell skin creams. Hydrochloric vitimin C serums, vitimins, general healthcare. Burt's Bees products, No. 7 skincare, Honest skin care, and more.Also a great place for protein mixes.The pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are friendly.I see a lot of bad reviews here - I have never had a bad experience here ever. People forget that the entire world is understaffed because COVID. The staff here does a great job. Ive never had kore than a 5 minute wait in line here, and I come several times a week to this location. The only problemn ive had here is sometimes the sales prices are still posted and an item might be $1 off.

Yes, the lines are long but the customer service is worse. The pharmacy tech was quite unprofessional. Walgreens has an app to use the express line/prepaid so it's just literally picking up. The other line was long so I give the express pass app a try. I prepaid and it directed me to the other line clearly opened and marked "Express. Pass only". Pharmacy tech said it's only one line and it doesn't matter if I prepaid. I said well maybe your app should be disabled. All in all, she checked me out and it took a whole minute.I'll be switching Walgreens. Walgreens pharmacy staff should work on their professional manners and learning about what Walgreens app offers.

Considering I have tried two different Walgreens, I even did a Rapid Covid test and what do you know no covid results. Quick to bill my insurance not quick to give me my results.

Good neighborhood pharmacy. We come here all the time. Usually have what we need. Pharmacy is very busy and not always staffed. But when they are open, they come and get right to it.

Always good customer service friendly staff and store. Clean organized staff over worked themselves to give their 100 over 100 I being many times in the store to be able to observe I am just a customer that don't like others to misjudged a store service because people are inpatient I know everyone want to feel at its best they are doing their best to satisfy not only one customer many thank you staff thank you Walgreens for being my pharmacy
