If they tell you that your insurance doesn’t participate with them, call your insurance company and double, triple check! They made my dad go home because they told him insurance wasn’t accepted. My mom had to go back insurance book in hand to show them that his insurance does in fact work with Walgreens.

For many years I have chosen to favor Walgreens over other places when it comes to medical products and prescription drugs. I guess it is for the simple fact that my Dad knew the Walgreens and as a kid when he was stationed in Chicago Illinois they often took us out to eat with them.....as also invited us to many family... read full comment
