Pharmacy doesn’t even answer and greet you and asks you to hold, they just answer and put you on hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes and was never greeted. Finally I hung up… at least other Walgreens answer when calling searching for medications that no one has.

Pharmacist told me after being a loyal customer for several years that he will no longer fill my prescription for the quantity I receive and starting next month he will only give me a quantity of 120 or I can go some where else. I made a complaint and the manage said he cant do that and I must have misunderstood him. Come to the next month the same pharmacist told me to go to another pharmacy because he does not order this medication in bulk anymore and that I get too many and it takes away from his other customers. I told him I wasn't going anywhere because this has been my pharmacy for years and that he can order the medication for me because that excuse of not ordering this medication in bulk sounds ridiculous. Why would a huge company like Walgreens not order enough medication for their customers. So now Im trying to contact the district manager to see if their policy has changed on ordering medication for their customers and if not why is this particular pharmacist making all of these excuses not to give me my medication. This guys receives so many complaints. He is very rude and talks as though he entitled. He made good on not filing my prescription with two different false statements. I have never had any problems at this pharmacy until this guy. I have been going here for over 15 years.

This store is definitely improving. An employee named Melanie helped me recently, so kind and patient. She helped me at the photo counter, unlocked some meds that i needed, and rang me up at the register! Amazing customer service.

Loved the customer service here especially in the pharmacy. The other Walgreens Pharmacy I go to is always closed. Decided to make a switch and I don't think I will be going back. Very pleased with the service. :)

Never have my prescription(s) ready when they are supposed to be due. Everytime I call the never answer or put me on hold and eventually just hang up on me. Taking my business else where.

the worst service, they check the prescription and tell me to come back at 6 pm, I arrive and it's closed when they normally close at 9 pm.Then the next day said me that the insurance is not with they..My baby needing the medicine and what? They did not do nothing.And the service horrible.

This is the absolute slowest prescription pick up in the entire country. I was the third car of what became a very large line, and it took an hour for me just to get to talk to a human. I didn't get to talk to anyone after I initially pulled up for an additional 10 minutes. I had to pull away because my 3 year old had enough of just sitting in the car. The absolute worst.

My favorite Walgreens. I usually go for a lot of things in general and the pharmacy every month. They have always treated me well, but Yudith is the one who has helped me the most, always gives me good advice and helps everyone selflessly. She has excellent customer service.

I had an appointment to get my second dose of Moderna at 11:45 am at the pharmacy I notified the service representative that I didn’t bring my card. She stated that it was okay and that I didn’t need it. She grabbed a new card and began to start writing but then stopped. She spoke to another employee in Spanish and then came back to me and told me that I needed to get my card. I don’t live close by but because I needed to get the second dose I drove back home to go get the card. I would like to know why did I have to go back and get my card if the first dose is in the system already and they could have just looked it up to write me a new card. Did they not believe that I didn’t take the first dose or they didn’t log the first dose in the system and that’s why they needed the card. Questions that need answers! No compassion no empathy. Waste of my time and gas.
