In Pharmacy Customer service is truly disgusting and the lack of consideration is very frustrating, they wash their hands blaming their total incompetence on the suppliers, I am switching to Publix as I already have very good references from them.?0 stars

DO NOT USE WALGREENS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS! They have had my prescription since 7/3 and still have not filled it every time I call they come up with another excuse and now it’s been out of stock for over 2month supposedly. Then they refuse to transfer the prescription to any other location or store. The store just needs to be shut down or new management

The Pharmacists and staff are professional and friendly here. However, I heard there is high turnover across all Walgreens pharmacies due to the national company's policies. Based on reviews, sounds like they need dedicated staff just to answer calls. That said, I've always been treated very well at this store.

Horrible customer service. Full price for damaged merchandise. I walked right out. Not for me. Publix across the street was $5 cheaper and product was not damaged. BOO for this Walgreens.

I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes then they hung up on me. Called back and was put on hold for another 25 minutes. I had a simple question that would have taken 2 seconds to answer. They eventually hung up on me again. No answer.

Experience with the Pharmacy: What I wrote to the manager. I just wanted to address the lack of customer service at your pharmacy. (2800 NE 8th St). The pharmacy staff, to include the pharmacist working today (19 May 22) seemed to be more interested in holding conversations with each other rather than attending to customers. I went there to pick up my prescription today and waited in line behind another lady. There were two of four staff members woking diligently while we waited. No one even let us know that they would be right with us or any notice that they were busy etc. During this time frame, I intentionally made eye contact with some of the employees to include the pharmacist several times hoping that they would get the hint to inform us to wait or simply anything. Nearly 10 minutes go by before I asked about the status and if they were going to address us. The lady began to rant, not friendly, about wrapping up with another customer and didn't even ask us to wait. The pharmacist looked at me and kept talking to another employee. I feel the pharmacist lacks any kind of management skills or simply didn't care about the situation. The pharmacists tech finally gets to the lady in front of me and them myself. As she's handing me my medication, she begins to talk to the other employees and joking and then brushed me off as if I was not there. In the customer service industry, simply informing, greeting and thanking customers only takes a few seconds and goes along way. They all lack these simple and basic skills. Ignoring and brushing people off is almost as bad as tell customers to leave.

I wish I could give this Walgreens pharmacy 0 stars. The customer service was horrible. I called and each time I attempted to reach the pharmacy, an employee answered and said please hold and then hung up. This happened 3 times, before I called the customer service on the Walgreens Store side and the representative transferred me to another line when I asked to speak to the manager and received a 4th hang up. Choose another pharmacy if you want good customer service!!!

The worst customer service experience, put on hold for over 40 minutes plus. Urgently looking for a medication for my dad. Then phone rings perpetually and no answer. Just got hung. Pathetic!

They only have one person serving the drive through and the inside pickup. My wife said there were seven cars in the drive through so she went inside and two people were ahead.It’s unbelievable that Walgreens can’t have two people working during busy times

Amalia H. Was very rude to me. I asked her for assistance to change an appointment for vaccine and would not help. She in fact laughed at me. To add, I was on the phone on hold with that pharmacy at 2800 NE 8th St. Homestead Fl 33033, for over 45 minutes. The Walgreen's website says you do not need an appointment for a vaccine. Amalia H. Stated that she was on a limited supply and is not accepting walk-ins. The overall experience with speaking with her was horrible, unprofessional, and just extremely rude. I asked to speak to her supervisor/manager and Amalia H. stated that the manager will not be there until 3PM. I will filing a complaint with Walgreen's Corporate.

They treat their employees badly. Manager is rude, employees are mean, and is an overall place to work. The store has unreasonably long lines as well.

pharmacy has me on hold for 1hr 23 minutes, at this point i just wanna see if they pick up. i even have a second phone on hold with 59 mins on the time.
