I hate to have to write this review as the staff is very kind, but there is no point in coming here if you are going to be seen 1 hour past your appointment time. I have an appointment at 12 and it is 1:11 pm and I have not been seen by the tech or doctor. Please hire more staff or book less patients. All visionworks will overbook the hour to make revenue which is fine, but not if you don’t have the staff to keep up with the pace. Please hire more staff. Even if the system is down, theres no way one can keep up with just two techs.

We had an 11:45 appointment and waited over an hour and a half and still have three people in front of us. They also had unqualified people doing some of the tests. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

I came from my doctor in miami lakes moved to homestead and am so happy to have found a clean,friendly and professional place to get my vision tested. Thank you to the doctor for her thorough analysis and staff for being so kind and accommodating.

Called to make an an appointment for 3 of my kids and we were seen same day! The person who checked us in and completed the pre-screen test was outstanding, very personable and made everyone feel comfortable. The doctor was professional and extremely efficient. Afterward, we were given time and space to browse the showroom and were able to make choices without any type of pushy sales tactics. Incredibly happy with our visit.

Everything was orderly, I was attended to right at my appointment time. The tests and eye exam were quick and informative. When it came time to pick out new glasses no one was being too pushy, I was allowed ample time to try out all the eyeglasses before purchasing two pairs. Overall wonderful experience.
