I’ve been going there on a regular basis because of my small buisness and everyone there it’s just so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming despite it being a store about BOXES ? ? , I now only want to go to that location

Adrian was very helpful and welcoming. He remained cheerful and consistently had a smile on his face like he was glad to be helping his customers. He needs to be promoted to higher up management as he has worked for the company for 4 years. You want to keep people like him who care. Thankful for Adrian’s customer service.

Worst ups store I have ever gone to.It is Sunday 3:06 pm . I got here at 2:58pm and they had the door closed. I have a simple QR code box to return . Takes 30 seconds to scan and print receipt . The workers inside had 2 customers. I asked to please let me in that my transaction would take 1 minute. They did not help. They came to the window and said they are closed and that the register was closed. Yet they had 2 customers they were attending.I asked for them to be nice and just let me return what I needed and still they did not care. 30seconds was too much for them. A little curtesy would have gone a long way.Worst store ever , worst customer experience ever.At the end I asked one more time if they can help me even when the last customers walked out the door and they laughed and ignored me.This store employees should get fired !

Unfriendly staff!! They look bored. No greeting when they help you.Update: Feb 2024, still staff very unfriendly! If you dont want to work there, then look for another job that doesn't deal with the public!
