Nat A at Ulta Beauty was so helpful for me!! I had taken a few years break from wearing makeup, and I was overwhelmed walking into the store. Nat A helped me to find everything I needed for a glamorous event. And she explained briefly how to do an elegant face. I bought more than I intended- but am happy with my purchases. Now every time I wear my makeup, I am thankful for her help. And my family say thay I have never looked better.

I’m never returning here again….
A while ago around March 2024, I made an in store purchase for it to get delivered to my home as the store did not have the product at the time. I purchased the Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray for $54.
To my disappointment, this product was never delivered to my home. Initially, I went ahead to call customer service to report this and they told me to go to the store and speak to them about it. I did that a few days afterwards and they just told me “it’s a waiting game now” as the cashier at the time put in my wrong email address as well as the wrong home address. I have strong belief that the worker put in her own address instead of mine and purposely put the wrong email. This is unacceptable.
I returned to the store requesting a refund and they denied me it. From then and there I never will return to the store. If i could give it 0 stars I would!!

Alysha, a rep from MAC assisted me with my make up. Not only did she provide excellent advice and service but her marvelous personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I ended up buying additional items on her advice. Great salesperson!

The in store shopping is fine, but don’t order for pickup.The pickup sucks. They never come out. They just have you waiting outside and if you call or go in , they say they are short staffed and someone must be at the counter at all times. Extremely disappointed if you can’t always physically go into the store due to disability, injury, etc.

I ordered something for curbside pick up and it said it was in stock. Drove here and waited, then they cancelled my order bc they didn’t have what I bought in stock. Waste of time.

I came in to this store today to attempt to get my hair done. Color my hair and yes I know I didn't have an appointment their was apparently one person in the salon area and zero customers. The other person on duty with her apparently was on break (understandably). It doesn't take much effort to color someone's hair. You put the dye in and let it sit. The hairstylist or beautician could have colored my hair and went ahead and worked on the "expectant" Person waiting. I don't think people understand the terminology of "customer service" these days. Or going above and beyond for the customer. If I were in the industry I would not even have to be asked. I would have offered regardless if my time to go "home" was coming. I miss the way things were before; "true customer service" does not exists anymore. I will be writing Corporate regarding this matter.

I went to Ulta in Homestead, and after searching for more than a year for a concelor that matches my skin color, John, the sales manager at the Ulta in Homestead, found one for me. John was so helpful. Remember who I was when I went back to the store.
It is very rare to find any good customer help these days.
