this place has the absolute worst customer ever! tried to rent a car and the whole time the employees absolutely refused to release the car rental after us paying for insurance and everything through expedian. the employees were rude. non helpful and did everything in their power to make us get their insurance after we told them we purchased. tried to get a hold of a manager and wasnt helped at all! i will never go to this place again!

Love, love, love renting cars from Toyota of Homestead. The customer service is prompt and professional. I would never rent other places unless I have to leave the state of Florida.

When purchasing a car here, the team will take your calls, provide you with information and whatever else you need. The minute the deal is closed - THAT'S IT. No one will return your calls. You will be lucky if and when they answer the phone. The service from sales staff is horrible. This is my 5th Toyota and I have worked with dealerships from Homestead to Palm Beach and this dealership is by far the WORST!!

The 5 star rating is for actually their staff names DANNA. In this business where car sales people want to share you down for every penny. Dealing with Danna was a breath of fresh air. Found her to be honest and sincere in wanting to assist and make a two way deal. KUDOS to her

I'm never coming back to this place, I made an appointment for maintenance only be to be told I had to wait in line like everyone else. Over 10 cars ahead, with and without appointments. This is not the first time it happens and no one ever gives a solution. If they cannot handle the amount of appointments then they should cut back and be realistic with their numbers

I do not recommend it at all. I had a very bad experience with them. They stole my money from my deposit. They looked for every way to charge me $150 from my deposit. The employees treated me with a very bad attitude and in the end they kept my money. I would never rent with them again. Be careful. If they plan to rent with them, why are they looking for a way to steal your money?

I used to love this dealership and have bought 3 cars there over the years, however I'm disappointed with their service department this time around. I've called for days without response or they pickup and hang up. I'm switching to another dealership which was able to help me right away!!

I have been trying to have my 2020, TRD Tacoma, repaired since March 2022. I have brought the truck in for the same exact issue on more than 5 visits. None of which have corrected the wobbly issue in my front axle. I paid almost $400 dollars for an alignment that I knew I did not need. That was because Service Manager, Mr. Jose Suarez assured me that all I needed was an alignment. Well that did not correct the issue.When I told Mr Suarez that now I'm out $400, he said sorry, and to bring the truck back on February 7.Today February 7, I came In again as requested by Mr Suarez, he rode with me in the truck when I pointed out the wobble coming from the axel, he said "I need a car and not a truck". At that point I drove him back to the service building and informed him how unacceptable this was and that I will never! Ever! Purchase a product from South Dade Toyota.It's unbelievable how difficult it is to have people nowadays do there job. The truck was literally shaking, going down the road, and he looks straight face at me and said there's nothing wrong. I need a car not a truck. GTFOH!.

These people are not only slow in service but when you return the vehicle if they can't find any damage, they will place pet hair in the rear rugs to charge you $150 detailing fee. So be advised and check your vehicle very well if your unlucky enough to rent in this place for lack of SUV's in other rental places. Personally I will never do business with them again...

Stay away from this place.They charge thousands over MSRP, and not just now in 2022 post Covid, they've been doing since at least 2019.In this case 4 grand over sticker supposedly, although the msrp of the car is 25,000 they wanted 34 out the door.Don't come here..Ps. Google also has a ton of fake reviews.

Called to get some quotes online for a lease end. Discussed options on via text with a rep, went to the dealership and didn't work with that rep. Was given to someone else. The person I worked with was super nice however, there was a language barrier. I have worked with several dealerships in the country and I got the impression that they thought I would cave to their offers.The staff was dressed very unprofessionally and I was shocked when I walked in. If you're looking for a deal, or a group that will work with you.. this isn't them.
