This is a very busy bank they do not have enough representatives. You end up waiting an hour for some basic transactions such as a wire transfer. You think you'd be able to do it online but there's so many hoops, you have to go into the branch. Also, even though there's a decent waiting area, there's never enough seats. they're nice people and they try their best but TD has to realize that if the bank is busy, they need another branch.

9/10 the drive thru ATM is NOT accepting cash deposits. And the inside of the bank most of the time has no AC . I don’t know what’s going on with this bank but they need to get it together

For the most part the employees are nice, but there's ALWAYS an issue with the ATM which is inconvenient since the next nearest bank is over 20 miles away. And forget about having to go thru the drive thru... it's always MORE THAN a 30 min wait another incovience to us the customer and the sad part it's not even full SMH

Worst bank I have ever known. If your bank account goes into the negative they charge you an overdraft fee $35 the first day. Then the next day they charge you another overdraft fee of $70. Then two days later, they charge you another overdraft fee of $70, and presumably keep charging you with your account in the positive. By doing this, they make it more difficult for you to put your account back in the positive. Who wants the bank at a bank like this. And if your account goes under $100 balance, they charge you a maintenance fee of $15 as long as it's under do not bank at this bank. Horrible customer service.

Horribly undestaffed on the weekends, you're better off investing the time and go to a another branch. If they have an influx of customers past their hours of operation they will ask you to leave. What a great way to sever ties with your brand. Wait an hour, and the turn away customers. They say they don't process new debit card requests or address changes at the front desk anymore, and then they say you can't do it over the phone with TD customer service! Staff needs educating on time management, to not add new customers to a list knowing you will not be able to help them before closing.

I went to this branch of TD Bank do get some money orders and cashiers check, came last minute since I thought the bank closes at 6pm but actually that day will close 5pm.Victoria the teller assisted my needs and get my requests done despite of being there last minute.Very accommodating, although I felt bad coming so late- she really did a great job on assisting me still. This branch is lucky to have her. Victoria went above and beyond on assisting my needs. Very professional and onows what she was doing.

If you ever need to pull out cash or even use the ATM in general - DONT GO HERE. It’s highly likely their machines have some type of error because This place never comes through.. they machines break down more than the McFlurry machines at McDonald’s.. currently it’s day 4 and they still haven’t fixed it.. what a waste of time walking up here.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank and branch to my worst enemy.Slow service, not convenient.What bank nowadays makes you SIGN PAPERWORK physically at a branch?Also, if you need to add an authorized user, the person needs to go to the branch….. what??????I felt like I was in 2012. This bank needs to update itself. Also, good luck with the app. It’s not good.
