A lot of the most basic items at this location are always either out of stock or no longer available whenever I’m trying to place an order for Drive Up. Not just a handful of things, but a ton of items are almost always not available.

No records, a shame , most Target has them, not here We went also looking for Christmas stuff, everything disorganized and almost nothing. Very disappointing .

Staff is friendly. Reason for three stars is store is TOO SMALL. Not sure why target picked this small location to open up at. Lots of specific things I’d like to purchase I have to drive to cutler ridge Target or order online so inconvenient.

Every time we go shopping, my husband and I must make a stop at Target. Or even if we are staying home, we shop online and have it shipped to our house. Today we visited Homestead Target around 8:30pm and we headed directly to the customer service area. We had bought a fanny pack online, it came damaged, I reported it and then I got my replacement in the mail. We still wanted to return the damaged item and so we did. Neither of us could see this girl’s name tag but I don’t think she was wearing one anyways. She was the rudest, most impolite young lady I have ever dealt with in customer service. Rolling her eyes, face gestures and expressions of annoyance. We felt so uncomfortable and upset as how disrespectful and dismissive she was being. Extremely disappointing.

I went to target (Homestead) on 05/09/2024 to get a coffee maker. My wife asked a store employee where they would be. The store employee told her she’s off the clock and would not tell us. A second employee was asked , she said they don’t have any. Of course we found the coffee maker in the appliance section.

Had a very bad experience with costumer service associate yesterday. I could not see her name tag. But I came to her because some promotions were not coming up when the items were scanned and the treatment that I got was like if I was trying to still something. I tried like three times to explained what was happening with the order and she kept saying are you going to let me finish scanning the product and rolling her eyes over to the other associate and the end she make up a story saying the policy change but I was able to the same order for pick up with the discounts the store was giving me. I tried to be polite as I could but I can not imagine how could another person react to her behavior.

Great store but be aware there’s no dry cat food available (only wet food and treats), so you would have to go to the competitors or drive to Cutler Ridge to buy any type of dry cat food at Target. Not sure how this makes sense, apparently cats and cat owners are second hand citizens at this Target.

said that I picked up my drive up order even though I never said I was on my way or signed my name and I clearly didn’t pick up my order lol ….has never happened at another location.

I went in ti purchase an item that was available in this store according to the internet. When I attempted to purchase the item they told me I have to order store pick up and come back in a hour or so in order to purchase the item as no one had stocked it on the shelves yet. This seems very unprofessional to me. I recommend not using the target website as a reference because it is clear it is only accurate if target staff are willing to do their jobs.

This targets HUGE , new , and clean, YES… But they’re kinda scarce as well. For all that space they have a lot of empty shelves and limited selection, other then that it’s a really nice location in a GREAT shopping center. ??✨

Cleanest Targets that I have been to, shelves are always full and well kept.. great staff and very helpful.
