I’ve given this location a few tries. The fact that they’re open late and on Sundays are a plus, however, they rush through work and don’t do a complete job. I’ve gotten polish a few times here. Once from Sandy, another time Rose and another lady with children that sits in the front to the left as soon as you walk in. They do not paint nails evenly. They spread the gel polish extremely thin causing the polish to be see through at the tip of the nail then promptly ask for a tip when payment is being made. Unacceptable. I’m going for them to take this horrible, uneven polish off and I’m never returning.

Terrible service, they completely over charged me. The nails are so mid for them to be charging so much. The place is wack and I will never go again. There’s better places, go somewhere else trust me.

I have been going here for a long time until the other day the worst service I’ve ever received not going there ever again the nail tech was rushing me I had to practically ask for things that should’ve been given and then she misplaced my shoes and didn’t even attempt to look for them I left her no tip extremely unprofessional and rude I think I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.

The owner's son is so disrespectful. He thinks he is the best. But, there is always someone better.
He just hire anybody. All of the techs are not that good. The prices are high and you don't always get good services. I should not be disrespected if I spend my hard earn money for good service. He already expects that all black people are going to be ratched. If I come to you respectfully, then you should reciprocate the same energy. Not assume that I'm going to be ugly because I approach you with a concern. I never ask for anything free. You have to do better. You can not be successful like that. If you think opening another location is successful. Think again, young man. I hope you learn from your mistakes and change your attitude.

Always great… experienced techs fast and courteous service… The owner also owns the neighborhood staple in Perrine Walter’s coffee shop,,,, Head there for breakfast and a great meal .

Nails are okay. Staff is rude and lie about pricing. They hover over you while you are paying like it’s going to increase their tip. Two of my nails are bleeding, and they acted like they didn’t see it. My 10 year old daughterdid not like her nails and the woman who did them got a complete attitude about it, the owner ended up redoing them, thankfully. If the staff cared about customer satisfaction then this would be a 5 star establishment. Very very disappointing. I will be reporting them. Absolutely ridiculous experience. First and LAST time coming here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in for a soak off around 4:45 PM. They weren’t busy at all and a man at the front (I believe he’s the owner) told me to sit in the first chair. He grabbed my hands and started to take off the nails with a cuticle cutter to which I thought he was prepping my nails for a soak off so I didn’t say anything. He then took an acrylic nail and dug underneath my acrylic nails ripping them off. It hurt and I was clearly uncomfortable. If I wanted them ripped off I could’ve did that from my home by myself and not wasted $15. I’m bleeding now, my nails are all uneven, PAPER THIN, and to top it off he didn’t even get all the acrylic off. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work done and the price he blamed me saying “Your nails are thin and that’s what we charge”. Never have my nails been this bad. Don’t waste your time coming here. Go somewhere else and spend money with businesses/nail techs that actually care about the health of your real nails and not getting you in and out to make more money. I will never come back here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was visiting on vacation didn't have time to get my pedicure before leaving. I came in I couldnt even tell you the young man's name but he was not pleasant at all. Face was frowned up like I disgusted him. He was extremely rough with the sugar scrub to the point my legs burned for hrs after service. My feet looked a mess my toe nails which I asked to file down the big toes and clip the rest to the top of the toe. My toenails were slanted not even some were squared off and others round. I was very displeased with the service there. My heels still felt rough. It was a rush job. I have a career in this industry and I have to say if you don't like your job then you should leave bc your job is to service the client and do as they ask within reason and your professional opinion nothing that I asked for was out of the norm. Thankful for me I was just visiting.If or when I come back I'll make sure I get my pedicure done in MD were I get what I pay for.
