Were told at checkout I will get 20 percent off when applied for CC. It was pending and did not get 20 percent off. Manager was bored and not presentable at all. Did not approve the 20 percent off. Checkier was nice.

From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out the staff made sure to keep a close eye on me and I’m not sure if I was being profiled because of how I was dressed or because I had a small black bag on me and they thought I was going to steal which I can understand as most stores have to watch for theft. But if everyone was watching me, not one staff said hello, not one asked if I needed help and then when I get to the jewelry counter where everything is locked up i waited for an employee to come back to the station (they saw me) proceeded to look for whatever it is that was more important, then they saw a couple women stopped speaking amongst each other and asked the ladies if they needed help 🤔 one stayed to assist and the other walked away I signaled her she saw me and told me the other lady would be with me in a moment … now how was I there before the other ppl, they get acknowledged, they got helped and me standing there patiently waiting as employees just passed by not one asking me if I needed anything so I left the other items I was going to purchase and left! this is by far the worst customer service I’m afraid to say I’ve ever had… now I’m not the president or anything but I go to that store often because it is very close to my house and they usually have a lot of things I like and at a great price … LETS JUST SAY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AT ALL! SOMEONE SHOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE AND RETEACH THIS EMPLOYEES HOW TO INTERACT AND TREAT CUSTOMERS AND AT LEAST GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A REASON OR 2 TO WANT TO GO BACK!

This well-stocked, organized, and impeccably clean store offers a wide selection of clothing, kitchenware, household goods, shoes, and various other items. Parking was straightforward, and the staff were friendly.
Prices are better than what you find on Amazon so it's worth a look.

I just want to express how amazing Kathy is at this location! She went above and beyond on a mission to locate a ticket for an item that was the last on the shelf, found it and did this in a timely manner. This location is well kept with beautiful things and would recommend it to any one in homestead!

This TJ Max is my favorite. It's close by, and I always find some good stuff but not five stars because the bathroom is always disgusting. Now, it's not the staff's fault, but someone should be keeping up with it, especially with the number of customers in the store. It's very unsanitary. I let the staff and manager know, and they said they only clean in the morning.

Great customer service I experienced when I came to check out the lady at the register was very nice she make sure I find stuff I was looking for and helped me sign up for a credit card she deserves a raise this was yesterday by the way
