This T-mobile is a standout from the rest and I could say that confidently because of one employee. My mother and I walked in only to compare prices between our current provider and T-mobile. The check in process was smooth and the people were respectful and homely. Within minutes we were introduced to Anthony the gentleman who was to help us. He gave us a handshake and asked us how he could help us. After a 30 or so minutes we were convinced to join T-mobile. Anthony was patient enough to explain the plans so we made sure we understood and gave us the prices we would be paying. He showed us the fine print so we knew what we were getting into and more importantly he didn’t pressure us at all. He advised what he would do and gave us the best possible plan for a family of 6. My mother who isn’t one to capitulate to aggressive sales tactics told Anthony that he was good at his job and that he had her convinced. No aggressive sales tactics were used and we felt we were treated like human beings rather than dollar signs. The amount of space he gave us and how personable he was towards us really sealed the deal along with the great promotions. If you need any help with service I can highly recommend Anthony and I hope he gets rewarded for the service he provides.

they telling customers they have to pay application fees and lying saying that don't have the phones but when customers service call them they verify they do this they need to be reported it's been going on for awhile they charging black people fraudulent fees all the stores In the homestead area and denying them phone service

I had an exceptional experience at the T-Mobile store. Lester and Manny provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to assist me. They were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Thanks to their help, I left the store with exactly what I was looking for. Kudos to Lester and Manny for making my visit a positive one!

My phone reached the end of its life so I needed a new phone asap. I called customer service and I was given incorrect information about the in store promotions. Luckily the sales rep and her store manager Manny were very nice about it and did their best to provide me the best value based on my needs. The engagement was painless and effective; I felt like I completely understood all of my options. I've been in the area for years, I regret no coming to this location sooner.

What a bad experience has been, came to the store to change from my carrier to T-Mobile, after reviewing the options was told by the manager and the associate my new bill was going to be a certain amount, and was going to receive virtual prepaid cards to payoff my phone with my old carriers since they could not process this at the moment he assured me he would take care of it at that would be calling me back the next day to give me an update. A week pass with no news from him or anybody at the store I try calling and texting and no answer, decided to go check status in the store once there no one had answers. Ended up calling T-mobile directly to find out that not only there was no cards to be issue and that my monthly bill was nowhere near the amount agree in the store. Is sad how such a big company like this lets their employees lie to people only to get them on board with T-mobile.
