Very quick service, literally 5 minutes to change and balance my tire. No wait time. Jamie at the front desk is amazing! Super polite, prompt, and helpful in what can be a stressful situation. The price was also the lowest around! I will be coming back and I highly recommend!

Stay away from this place. I have brought vehicles there before and have blindly followed what they recommend. I guess they took me for a mark because I recently brought a vehicle that was having some problems. I was provided an estimate stating that I needed to replace the entire transmission for a cost of over three hundred dollars. It did not make any sense to me. And I requested a printout of the error codes and and showed them to another mechanic. It did not make sense to him either. And I brought the card to another mechanic, and it was a bunch of bull that the transmission needed to be replaced. There was a problem with a fuse connection and the vehicle was repaired for a hundred dollars. Deceitful practices.

Took my jeep Patriot to get a tune up since it was almost at 100k miles and they did an excellent job! Held my car for a day and when I drove it after all of the issues It had were taken care of. Highly recommend them and I’ll be coming back for regular car services in the future

Find another shop You go in for a rough ride and a check engine light.
You pay 1509 for a new turbo.
You pull ou and you still have the rough ride and the check engine light on

I am very patient and an understanding person but have zero tolerance for dishonesty especially in where the average non-mechanical individual has no clue and just takes a mechanics word on what is needed. Unfortunately speedway car care cannot be taken at their word anymore. Unfortunately the more I took my car there the more problems I had. I will highlight three that I am 99%sure they caused instead of fixing. 1. A standard Oil Change. The first trip out of the shop to pick up the kids from school. The engine light comes on and oil is running all on the ground underneath the car, the car ends up, needing to be towed back to the shop because there is no more engine oil in it. To their credit they covered the tow charge and said it was a faulty gasket on the filter but I don’t believe it. I think it was installed incorrectly and clearly they did not do a leak check after the oil change or they would’ve caught it before sending it out.
2. Car overheated, and had to pull over on the side of the road after very first trip from leaving the shop for other work. All antifreeze had leaked out. I put two more gallons of antifreeze in and drove it back to the shop and by the time I got there it had almost overheated a second time. They said it was a cracked oil cooler that had to be replaced. For five years, I had been driving the car with no cooling issues and apparently during other work getting completed in the shop somehow the oil cooler cracked… I did not believe but still had it replaced since I needed my car to not overheat, but wanted the broken cracked part that was being replaced and told all staff that request. When I showed up at the shop, they had already thrown the replaced part in the garbage so I asked the mechanic to show me where the crack was and of course there was no crack. So that was a waste of $800 when clearly it was not needed and just the antifreeze tube resecured that was probably loosened somehow.
3. After getting my car back from that episode, the mechanic mentioned that I may want to replace my rubber engine mounts because they are getting old and if I hear a knocking sound, that’s what it would be from. I thought that’s weird because I’ve never heard any knocking Sound over bumps in five years of driving my car. Lo and behold the first or second day after leaving the shop and going over my neighborhood speed bumps I hear a knocking sound. I get under my car to look at the engine mount Because of his warning and I find one of my bolts freshly loosened as depicted in the attached picture. Very dishonest and unfortunately cannot use them as my neighborhood shop anymore. They are however very kind while they provide you with more problems then you arrived with.

The employees just leave whenever they want every day. Pretty much stole my rims and were never open during their business hours . I’m from way out of town and this is just wayyy out of line.

I rarely if at all write reviews, but this shop impressed me so much I felt one needed to be written. I am very meticulous and picky about who works on my vehicles. Most of the time I do the work myself because I am a perfectionist, but this time I just didn't have time. I went to Speedway Car Care yesterday to have my vehicle looked at for a possible brake-related issue. Manny quickly diagnosed the problem as a stuck passenger-side front brake caliper, which is what I suspected. I also wanted a few other things checked to make sure the vehicle was safe. A recommendation was made by Jamie and Manny to have both front brake rotors, pads and calipers replaced due to the age of them, rather than just replacing the one caliper and rotor. Coming from someone who has worked on and built race vehicles since I was 15 years old, I agreed with her recommendation so there were no mismatched aged parts; my car is 12 years old. After all, brakes and the brake system of your vehicle is not something you want to cheap out on.
The quote I received was more than fair at the going labor rates nowadays, especially from the dealerships. The work was performed to the same quality I would have done and everyone was extremely polite. Nothing was attempted to be sold to me that did not need to be done sooner than later. I hate when you go to a shop for something simple and next thing you know they are trying to sell you all kinds of nonsense you don't need. I was very impressed with this shop and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!
