This was my first time using their services, I normally try new places using a Groupon and if the service is exceptional I will return on my own. Unfortunately, we visited as a couple massage and the 2 therapists were maybe a bit inexperienced. My therapist gave me a light massage and didn't massage my entire leg. The other therapist had her phone ringing and didn't silence it. To make it even more uncomfortable she left the room for a couple of minutes. Everyone was very friendly and the ambiance is welcoming but I wouldn't return.

Fantastic experience! Carmen is lovely and very good at what she does. I had an hour long massage and a facial. Both were excellent. I made my follow up appointment after my first visit and certain I will be a lifelong fan and customer.Services: Back massages

Amazing Spa day, I was surprised by my hubby with this place of magic....3 1/2 hours later I felt so refreshed and ready for whatever life wanted to throw me. 1 hour of massage which was amazing by Elizabeth, and 30min facial by Carmen including pedi and Mani. My appointment was at 10 and I was late because I had no clue but when I arrived, there were mimosas and a cute cup that said happy birthday. I was in heaven on earth. Great conversation and I love Carmen the owner she takes very good care of her clients this is a must for those who want to just relax and block out the outside world for a bit. Very soothing environment, would recommend it for sure

Carmen is absolutely magical with her facials! My skin is glowing and so calm, even though she deep a deep clean and extraction. I wish I had found her sooner. Can't say enough good things. All of her products smell heavenly and the spa has a calming energy to it. Love it! After almost a year of going to Carmen, and buying products from her, I never got the advantages that Dermalogica gives its customers. If you buy directly through them, you get points, discounts etc. Carmen doesn't offer any of that. (Or didn't offer it to me) My face did not love the facials anymore and they always cost a ton of money- the same amount every time but she'd do different things. I was feeling scammed and taken advantage of, so I stopped going.
