“I've never had a shopping experience like this. As soon as we opened the door we were greeted by Sean, and not in the is my job to greet you kind of way, but a genuine warm welcome to the store accompanied by a smile. Anything we needed there was no hesitation to go look in the back for a different size or style. While paying for everything we asked if there was an easier way to put the jibits on the shoes and Sean told us Gina was the expert and he was not wrong. Gina had an equally amazing attitude and smile. She patiently waited for the kids to tell her what jibit they wanted and where. I've never left a store feeling so happy with the ENTIRE experience. This will be our ONLY Croc store moving forward.”
