I don't understand why the store closes and there is a wait because the person who enters has not arrived. And close and wait for it to arrive. I think they lose clients because of that, and quite a few. Well, more than 10 people have already left in the 5 minutes I waited. Take actions.

I have a paid carwash membership and they force you to buy it in the store even though you have already paid for the wash because they say that the machine that gives you the code is broken...in short, you have to pay again for something that has already been paid for...a scam
