Their ATM is always down it's extremely inconvenient. It's down again today causing people to have to wait in line which puts pressure on the window worker. Get it together regions. I'd give 0 stars but it won't let me.

This Regions Bank branch is to be avoided. The customer service is terrible and most of the associates do not follow up on their commitments. Saturday after an hour long wait, I requested a checking account to be closed and the funds to be transferred to my other existing checking account. Three days later, I am still waiting for this simple bank transaction to be completed. The \\\"new\\\" software that the bank installed to access the \\\"safe\\\" is not recognizing the information provided by the bank associate; therefore, in order for customers to access the \\\"safe area\\\" they need to be escorted by a bank associate. Avoid Regions Banks and this branch in particular, and your life will be significant simpler

My family and I have been very slowly transferring all our money from BOA to Regions as we have found after a year of using their bank to be better at giving us service than our old bank. Recently, a bank manager called us saying if we wanted to invest any of our money and if we wanted to they could give us an appointment with a financial advisor at the bank. We were pretty shocked as we had banked at BOA for over a decade and they never did anything like that. My mother and I each met with the financial adviser at the bank by the name of Victor Furniss. Super professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Entire time he was with us which was several hours , he took the time to explain all our options. He gave us both great financial advice. He got my mother into a retirement annuity which was better than she was getting through her former employer, one which not only will give her enough monthly income for the rest of her life but also leave money for myself and my brother. He then gave me advice and got me to invest so that when I retire decades from now I will be ready. The entire experience was wonderful. We both felt like we mattered both to the financial advisor and the bank. All our business was conducted in an office and not in some open cubicle like I have seen at other banks...and again they invested a lot of time to talk to us. Maybe all banks should be like this but they aren't. Love this place!

In and out in five minutes, very professional and fast. Amazing customer service. Jason took care of me as soon as I walked in and gave me great service, awesome!
