Avoid at all costs.If you need things in a timely manner we highly suggest you look elsewhere. In our experience the owner (David) is inconsistent, unable to keep to confirmed turn around times, & lies about when jobs are completed.We quickly needed to find a printer after a design went viral. Things started off well enough & we were able to get over 1000 items fulfilled. We were promised video of the process multiple times but it was never sent. We were also promised photos of the design on each size & each different apparel style for review & approval. We received only one photo. The items were fulfilled more or less on time so it was no big deal.We noticed after our initial order David started ignoring our texts & calls.A shirt we dropped off 8/3 was printed incorrectly after receiving text confirmation from David.It‘s been hell getting the corrected shirt. David did not prioritize the reprint which we found odd. We were first told it would be ready Friday- 4 business days after the other 348 shirts, tanks, & hoodies ? We came Saturday during posted business hours & no one was there. We called David & he didn't answer. We texted asking when he would be back & surprisingly got a response!…on Monday stating the shirt wasn’t actually ready but would now be done Tuesday.We were out of town.Friday no one was there during posted business hours again. My mom calls from her phone & gets an answer! David states he will be back AROUND 9 PM & will call to schedule a meet. 9:15 rolls around & my mom takes the initiative to call. David’s new story is he will be at work at 10 am Saturday.My dad was in the area early & decided to wait in the parking lot. Just before 9:30 he sees David who tells him to wait a second. He came out at 9:58 am with the shirt.As a reminder we were just trying to get a single t-shirt that was misprinted several weeks ago. Our customer has been waiting & David was informed last week the order would already be late with the first date he claimed the reprint would be done. A full week later he still did not have it ready despite his confirmations.We started off hopeful to create a long lasting partnership with Rapid Signs and T-shirts. We’d already asked if David could test creating doormats for us. We dropped off blanks and 3+ weeks went by of David promising dates he would work on them & he never touched them.Unfortunately, we had to switch printing partners. We’ve been much more satisfied with their communication & professionalism. Our customers are happier too!

100% recommend ! I walked in on a Monday, late afternoon to hopefully put in a huge order for some memorial t-shirts with such short notice, i needed them by Thursday the latest. I was first greeted by the receptionist. As I explained to her the quantity and the date I needed it by, she went to the back called David. David from the start made me feel at ease, as he let me know he would try his best to help me. He guided me and let me know what were my options and what was best for the turn around time I had requested. Not only did he work with me on such short notice, but the product of his work was impeccable. Everyone was so happy with the outcome. A day or two prior to picking up the shirts. I added an extra quantity of shirts and he delivered ! Talk about RAPID ! I will without a doubt always recommend these guys. David thank you for being so professional and for your immaculate work. You have a forever customer in me !

I contacted this company to create and install vinyl lettering on my truck. I was pressed for time and needed the work completed quickly. David and his team stepped up and created a great design and then produced it, delivered it, and completed the installation within just a couple of days of me contacting them. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept me in the loop the entire time. It was a real pleasure for me to work with them and I won't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thanks so much for a job well done!

I went to this place to get a quick sign I needed to have fo r my property. I told them exactly what I needed. He said they will have it by the end of day. OMG! Can you say RAPID??? They have the audacity to call themselves rapid signs and t shirts when they couldn't make a shirt in less than 2 weeks. Insanely rude, might as well have called me a racial slur to add the cherry on top

I order 2 shirts and was told I was going to be called to come by the next day to pick them up. Sounded good but they never called, so I called them the day after and they pushed it back another 2 days. 2 days later they still didn't call back so I drove over just to find out they still didn't have them. So they pushed it back another day and said they'd call for sure. By the end of the next day they still didn't call and I had to call again. Ended up being a week and a half of reminding them until I finally got the shirts, which both turned out looking dull colored and grainy. Was not worth $40 a shirt! Please don't go here.
