Total disaster, terrible service, always misinforming the customer, they tell you, your prescription is ready and then they don't have it or else they say that the Refill date has expired, they even tell you “the insurance didn't approve it” ah, and they are so clever, they ask you which medication Do you want? You have to claim the ones that correspond to you because if not ? forget it, you won't see it ?, there is so much impudence and incompetence that to top it all off today they tell me your Refill expired ??♀️of which I have evidence of all my medical prescriptions with their assignment date, mostly x 12 active months, I requested this document in Dr.M.Sanchez's office due to so many inconsistencies presented in the service.
However, I let you know, to your displeasure, I am not going to transfer pharmacies ?be courteous, educate yourselves and love your neighbors to honor your profession. This review is not personal nor to discredit "It is to raise awareness that you do not sell makeup ?"

This pharmacy is awesome sauce !! Everyone who works here makes me smile every time I come in. They make you feel more at ease since living with conditions that require medication treatments makes life very hard most of the time. So I thank everyone working there Miss Rosa, Miss Vivian, Miss Arika and everyone I see there thank you !!

Publix has become one of the biggest rip-offs of all supermarkets. They try to make to make up for by offering BOGO's. But even those items are outrageous. $9.98 for a 12 pack pack of Diet Coke!!! Buy two get one free! $19.98 for three. Big Deal!! My shopping bag was half full today, and it cost me $62.00. Even the checkout person was shocked! I know times are bad right now, but this company has not stepped up. Walmart is much less expensive.

The worst costumer service ever in a pharmacy, the new staff are awful and disrespectful. There are used to be respectful , efficient and polite. Lately the new staff never do they job on time, they always have a excuse and don't talk to you in an appropriate manner. And never send a text messages to confirm you request o refill like they used to do.

We was very upset with this Publix today, first there was no small shopping carts. They I went to get a box of breaded fired chicken and they had none. I was told 25 to 30 minutes I would have to wait. My wife wanted fired shrimp and no shrimp in the cold case. They need more deli people , it's just to slow because of not enough people to wait on you. They do not care about senior citizens they do not care how long you have to wait in lines for food or service.

I was a Publix Customer for over 10 years, and i am highly DISSAPOINTED after I used their ATM and it never dispensed me the money and it was taken off my bank account. I asked the managers and they place the claim, after awhile NONE ANSWERS. Then, the bank requested the refund from Publix ATM and it was declined by Publix. Then, I reached out to Corporate accounting dpt. and they figured out the money was never dispensed to me because NO TRANSACION FEE was charged and even though they kept my money and DECLINED the claim and never reimbursed my money.

I have been shopping at Publix for about 30 years now. Not the same store. I have been shopping at the Publix store on US1 and Prima Vista in Port St Lucie (store#855) for about 7years now. Everyone has been really nice and helpful, especially Everyone in the pharmacy. Today, August 13th I was shopping there and was in the produce section for about 10 minutes getting what I needed there and thought I should use the restroom since it is right by there. Was gone no more than 2 minutes, because all I had to do was pee and wash my hands, and come back to find my cart gone. No workers to be found. Then a manager walks by and I tell her my cart was missing. She told me my cart was there for 15 minutes and she took it up front so someone could put everything in the cart away. She said if I wanted to I could go up front and see if the put it up yet, and then walked away. No apologies or anything like that, one of the rudest employees at Publix I have ever encountered at any Publix I have been to. So I go up to the front and I see what I think is my cart but it has more items in it and some Publix employee is pushing it. I said I think that is my cart. A couple of Publix employees where there and said the manager told them it was sitting in the produce section for over 15 minutes. I told them I left it to use the restroom and was my hands, maybe left is for 2 minutes. So they started take stuff out of the cart that they put in it that was not mine and apologized. That manager that told me I could go get my cart if I wanted to never apologized or she could have said let me help you get your cart back. Instead she was rude to me and walked away. Not sure if I want to return to that Publix ever again. I will because the pharmacy is very nice and friendly and help me and my family out alot. But to grocery shop there probably not. You might have lost a long time customer because of a manager that was rude.

First encountered Publix in Marathon, Florida. They had a store near where I took my nephew for dive certifications. Was very impressed at that time. There were no Publix in Georgia at least in my area. They have been my grocery store ever since which was more than 30 years ago. My dinner tonight was an Aprons ready to cook pepperoni and cheese stuffed chicken breast with asparagus. Elegant, extremely tasty, and quick (40 mins) on a day when I did not have much time all under 500 calories. .

Yesterday, January 30, 2023 I went to the Publix Pharmacy at Waterstone Plaza (Store # 1029) in the evening to fill some prescriptions that I received after being discharged from the hospital after a surgical procedure of my right knee. The experience was nothing less than exceptional. The staff at the pharmacy led by Vivian and her staff: Nadia, Samantha and Emily were all amazing. We moved to the area around 3 years ago and the Waterstone location became our new Publix store. There is something to be said about a staff being engaging and caring about a customer that goes beyond metrics and how quickly one can process a customer. When your pharmacist knows you, when the pharmacy team knows you, when you feel that you as a customer matter; that is how you keep and retain customers. As a pharmacist, Vivian is amazing! Not good or great….amazing! We came in and she had told us that it would be 30 minutes to have the prescriptions filled for us. I had just left the hospital and was walking with a cane and an immobilizer to keep my right knee straight post-surgery and Vivian asked me to sit down and they would work on our prescription. Less than 10 minutes later, we were ready to go. All questions that needed to ask were answered thoroughly and with well wishes for a speedy recovery, we went home. With a staff like the one manning your pharmacy, your slogan is prophetic, “Where shopping is a pleasure!”.

I have been shopping there for years. Today was a terrible experience.I got an email for Italian grocery sales. They had buy one get one on Pompeian Olive oil. They did not state the price. I went in to buy 2 and get 2 free. They were $22.99 each for 32 oz bottles. I thought mabe olive oil has gone up like eggs, so I bought them. I was in Walmart right before and did not think to check the price. When I got home, I decided to check the price at Walmart online. Thier price was $10.99 regular price. Publix service, quality and cleanliness is supperior to walmart but charge more than double the price for the same product is rediculous. I work too many hours to price check everything and the buy one get one got me today. Publix needs to be more honest in their advertising. This makes me buy less and less every time I go in there. This has also happened before with other items.
