I was 4th in line AND I had an insurance issue. I was done in under 5 minutes. I just assumed pharmacy lines are supposed to take really long. I will never go to Walgreens again if I can help it. And they were nice and pleasant as well.

Worst pharmacy ever, they keep playing with my prescription. They keep telling me it'll be ready by tomorrow then tomorrow comes and they tell me it hasn't even been ordered! And when you call nobody answers the phone. This isn't something to play with it's literally medication it's a NECESSITY and they keep playing with it, nobody knows anything literally the most unprofessional pharmacy staff. Go somewhere else

The pharmacy staff has not been up to par as they use to. The pharmacy clerk has no patience not willing to listen.

They rarely have the meds on time. Even when they give a time when it will be ready, nope not ready yet. Sometimes even taking 1-2 more days. Staff is courteous but everything is very disorganized when it comes to delivering on time.

This rating is for the pharmacy. They suck. Find somewhere else. In fact I'm transferring my prescriptions back to the Publix I used to use. They're the only decent Publix pharmacy I've found. This place is ridiculous and the pharmacist is rude. Makes me wonder if it's the same pharmacist from the Publix on eureka and us1. That pharmacy is TERRIBLE as well. This pharmacy has me waiting for blood pressure meds for 2 weeks. Not even to mention the fact that they refused to give me some of my meds to hold me over. Completely ridiculous. Shouldn't be a pharmacist. Because any pharmacist who knows anything would know that you can cause someone to have a stroke by withholding their blood pressure meds. And I'm not just spouting off. I am a registered nurse. So I know when someone is not qualified to do their job in the medical field. And the pharmacist here is NOT qualified.

the employees have no idea where any of the items are and they just rearranged the store. how about train your staff to know where it is. also get some registers open the place wants you to stand in line and check yourself out. for that i'll go to walmart and pay better prices. place needs better managers

I like my Publix. Very clean and organized inside. Produce department is always fresh and ready. Bakery is good as well, I can always count to find what I need, even in emergencies, lol! My only suggestion is that we can have one more space to put carts at the end of the parking lot, in front of the street, 112st . and one more on the side of the store towards the wall. Unfortunately, some of our neighbors are not so clean so the parking lot sometimes looks messy with garbage in the floor, McDonalds bags next to the cars, etc.

I have been a costumer of Publix pharmacy for over 14 years and this P. Pharmacy have worsening my opinion in the last six months. Costumer service is terrible, new staff seems loss with no interest in their job, nobody want to do one step more for a client, it takes for ever to talk to a pharmacist and when you do you better listen fast and carefully he doesn’t look at you and don’t like questions, Lunch hours are very long and after they are back again takes forever. Publix was the best place once upon the time where to fill a Prescription no @Silver palms Homestead.

Used to provide efficient and courteous service. In the last few months new people were hired that either don't seem to know what they are doing or don't care. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

On December 27 between 2 pm to 3pm the pharmacy refused the vaccine to my daughter, very unusual and ladies inside showed no will toHelp although no lines , no high volume requests. Extremely disappointed.

Please never, never use Publix Instacart, it is the worst service ever! I ordered my groceries at 4:49pm, because I am sick and have No food in my pantry. It was supposed originally to be delivered at 6:55pm, then they kept postponed it. Now the system says that it will be delivered at 11:00pm I am afraid that it won't be delivered, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and Publix will be closed and I have no food! If Publix Instacart knew that they were having delays or shopper shortage, they should have put a Note in their website letting the customers know, that way we customer can decide if to use them or not. I could have used Cornershop by Uber and another supermarket Instead! I didn't cancel because the system says that my food was going to be delivered first at 6:55, then 7:15, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 10:45, 11pm....unbelievable! please do Not use their bad service, you will get frustrated.
